been very VERY good today!!
only thing to change is that I had potato wedges from morries rather than crisps, and also a extra chocolate bar for energy - otherwise I stuck to itgo me!

1 lb loss this week, which is nice because I expected a sts...gives me the encouragement to keep trying, no takeaway this weekend, honest!
And sparrer...5 hours walking, wow!...you'll waste away woman!

As expected, a STS week for me
Ellie no chance of that, see what I had for breakfast this morning
DD - you're off to Sicily as I cross the border to Bonnie Scotland on Wednesday (are you trying to avoid me?!). Have a wonderful time
B - Baklava
D - chicken salad
T - banana in WW wrap
S - melon, satsuma, grapes
E - sleep day. I love days out but they're always followed by at least one sleep day which is very frustrating, especially on warm, sunny days like today
No wi for me next week either as I'm on me hollies. Happy Friday, hope the sun is shining where you are0 -
Well another STS here and tbh I am amazed as I have eaten out 5 days this week! Am on holiday next week so am likely to be a bit MIA, as I will be too busy eating everything in sight! Will aim for a stay the same and then really buckle down after that.
Good luck everyone0 -
Hi all
I STS this week, but I can't promise I won't put on the next time as I am off to Milan early Thurs morning... and you know what families are like !!! I'll be in the house while beloved and son are at the World Superbikes.. I plan to enjoy myself so I'll be putting my feet up with glasses of wine and liqueurs and eating good food ... They already know what foods I can eat so I hope I won't have a flare up...
Have a good holiday weekend (I know it started today as it is pouring with rain..)0 -

Are you ALL going on holiday next week?
You lucky things, I'm so envious...I've got to stay home and should be spring cleaning and painting, if I can find the energy.
Weigh in will be quiet next Friday
sparrer...enjoy Scotland, it's a great place!

Need to try harder - my summer skirts are getting tight:eek:I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0
