Oh my life I have gone from bad to worse, spent all week in meetings and conferences and dinners for 6 days .... And had glass of wine every night the joys of entertaining so I have

    (Whispers)

Added 4 more lb to the weight so I am definitely moving backwards ....

I am going to have to attack this on many fronts, there is not a lot I can do about food at conferences I have tried the salad options, but it's the sauces and so on with the food and so many are dressed before getting to the table.

And lets face it boredom plays a huge part but the killer has to be the booze, and coffee after dinner so sleep being lost there... So no more booze will have to just say no and no more coffee (thus no mo sugar) and MOVE MORE although that is going to be difficult with dinners and lunches and so on....

So sorry folkes for messing up the total I am struggling

Well as I don't do the frying in the sun on the beach type hols, it's probably not the type of hol that would suit everyone - we have a week in Keswick every July :) We take our Summer clothes, hats, sunglasses, suncream,...... and wellies and macs! The joys of the Good Old British Summer :rotfl:but we enjoy it!

I've been fairly good today, apart from a slice of cake at Mam and Dad's 'cause it was their wedding anniversary the other day, and they kept the cake until today when we were all there for dinner.
    Otherwise,
    B - 2 Weetabix, banana, soya milk
    D - Sunday lunch at M&D's
T - open corned beef sandwich, biscuit
    S - apricot yogurt

I've put 3lbs on since the last time I was here, around New Year, so I've got to start behaving myself.
Missrlr - you have my sympathies - it's so hard when you don't have time to exercise, isn't it? And by the time you've done a day's work, it's not easy to motivate yourself - don't I know it!
Hope this week is a bit better for you, pet.
Just a thought - you know if you had a food allergy or something they would prepare separate food for you at the conferences. Could you put in a special request for a salad without the dressings?
