  • Afternoon all,

Well, happy to announce a 2lb loss this week. Lots of exercise and have stuck to plan religiously so very pleased :T

Tried the wedding outfit on and its slightly looser so that's great. 1 week to go to the wedding so will keep trying, although it will be harder to keep going after i suspect. The sunshine is helpful though, makes me want to be more healthy :A

Hope everyone has a good day :j
  • I can happily report a 2lb loss today!!! :D That's 1lb I wanted to lose anyway and the 1lb that appeared last week that I wasnt too happy about.

So really for the challenge it's only a 1lb loss I suppose, but every little bit.....

    Mealplan
b- cheese on toast, special k cereal bar.
l - salmon roll with salad.
d - risotto with remaining carrot sticks (forgot to put them with my lasagna last night!)
snacks - fruit, otherwise tbc :o

    Loss of 2lb

Had half a Subway for lunch, don't know about the rest of the day.
  • Sorry everyone but I have to admit to +2lbs this week. This is left over from the weight I put on while away on holiday.

Must do better this week and try to get back to STS

    Hi all,

I have been using My Diet diary on my tablet to help me count calories and have been trying to find a similar program to run on my PC - I have seen the links for My Net Diary which look okay but does anybody know of a standalone program for calorie counting that isn't tied into a website.

    Thanks for your help.

I was coming to log in to say another 1lb off, but actually, there's more of a disparity between my starting weight and current! I started at 148lb, down to 143 lb, and as far as I can see I've only accounted for 2 of those? So, on that basis it's 3lb off, but only one of these was this week. Does that make sense?!

All good mind, all good. I am amazed that I've managed to lose owt at all, AND a colleague commented on my legs looking a bit thinner, which is ace, that's exactly my problem area right now :D

Just editing/adding onto the above - still forgot the carrot sticks with dinner! :rotfl:

Snack wise just a treat size bag of Malteasers this afternoon, and a Malteaser bar this evening. :o
