THE CAKE IS ALL GONE!
Those must be the saddest words I've heard today. Life gets in the way of dieting somewhat doesn't it?! :rotfl:
...and those are the truest!! :rotfl:I've learnt something tonight, something bad...had chicken curry for evening meal (mostly the veg and sauce) with a naan bread...just looked at the naan packet (AFTER I ate it, I know, I know) and ONE naan is 342 calories!!!
And I thought I was having a low calorie meal
ellie have you thought of WW pitta pockets? They're only 106 cals each with 0.3grams of fat. I'm not very fond of rice and find the pitta's just right
B - F&F, ss milk
D - salad of 1/4 Little gem, 1/2 tomato, 2" cucumber, stick celery, 1 mushroom, 4 strips yellow pepper, 1/2 grated carrot, hb egg, small grating rf cheese, dressing made with 1/2 rf mayo and 1/2 ff yogurt, 1 WW pitta. Couldn't eat it all!
T - rest of the above, mug hm veg soup
S - satsuma, grapes. 1/2 nana
E - 2x10 mins, 1 hour gardening0 -
You're leading me astray theatregirl...I've been in Mr T this afternoon reading barcodes...luckily they didn't have anything at 1p :rotfl:

had a packet of fruitella on the way to work. they were so nice for a summers day....and then it started raining on the way home and spoilt my lovely day!!!
handyman been and gone, left lovely brown artex filler marks over the ceilings lol....he'll be back at the end of May to paint them when I'm away on hols abroad and DM is here on her own. charged us £167 for today and another £200 when he comes back....mind you he's one of a kind - he tidies up after himself 100% and is really friendly.
will post tomorrows meal plan now as I have to work the double shift and so will be leaving the house at 11am and wont be home till 11pm. planning on having a couple of drinks in the local pub with a colleague after, swap gossip and all that jazz so that's something to look forward to!

Well I am slightly disappointed as I have STS
but when I am realistic I have a takeaway and ate out this week plus had loads of alcohol so should be happy really.
Dragon can I change mine aim to 7lb please? I think I need be more realistic as I have lots of things planned that aren't diet comparable and if I keep missing my aim I know I will get disheartened and give up.
This next week my FIL is up tomorrow so that means alcohol and dinner out, then I have afternoon tea with cocktails with my mum on Sunday and a gig with DH on Thursday which will also mean dinner out! If I am good at all the other times I can maybe combat that lot.
It's raining here todayso no walking to work. Same breakfast and lunch as yesterday. Last nights dinner was veggie chilli with vegetable rice, then I had two Oreos later in the evening.
Good luck to everyone with their WIs0 -
I'm also disappointed I've STS this week...there's been no eating out or takeaway (and no cake!), just normal meals...I think I forget just how careful I need to be with food considering my limited exercise. Maybe I need to go back to soup...I like proper food to eat though, I never feel like I've had a full meal when I just have soup!
Good luck weighing in everyone...I'm off for a few days, but will catch up with all your losses when I get back
