    JellyBox … 2/10 :):)

    This should be 5/10, I'm not sure when you update it, but I think a few of my updates have been missed. 143lb now, was 148 when I started, as far as I can tell (looking back, but may have missed something?)

    a couple of posts later the right amount is there (for some reason a load of posts only came through after I posted the update first time round!)

    Well my will power is shocking! Today I have had;

    B- chocolate porridge
    L- beans on toast then half a bag of Percy pigs (they have just started doing veggie ones!)
    D- veggie samosas, vegetable korma, half a nan and half portion of rice on brick lane. Yummy!
    S- various pints and half a brownie ice cream thing

    So I started ok and then fell apart slightly. Hmmm.

  • hello all

    another really late night - we are having a stock change over come Monday so tonight the stock manager said all bottles of wine left over are half price! So me and a co worker had a bottle between us. :D Was really nice considering that I found out that there seems to be a bit of favouritism going on re: promotions etc at work. Not best pleased at all. :mad:

    Anyhoo, tried to be good today and it just wasnt happening I'm afraid! :/

    b (about 11am) - bacon and lettuce sandwich [3 rashers, 3 slices white bread]
    l (about 5.30pm) - popcorn chicken snack box from KFC
    d (about 10.30pm) - h/m corned beef turnover
    snacks - 2 packs crisps, mini chicken burger, m&s mini caramel tartlet, 2 glasses rose wine.
