I think it does you good to give in to stuff every so often as then you get it out of your system iyswim, otherwise you just end up craving it for even longer and it becomes a big thing.
There is loads of temptation in the kitchen downstairs now! A colleague got back from holiday this morning so there is yummy clotted cream shortbread down there and we had a work experience girl last week and she has brought us in a big box of chocolates! How am I meant to be good with such temptation??!! (I may possibly already have given in and had a turkish delight chocolate).
Going to have lentil dahl for dinner with nan and onion bahjis I think.
Need to get some fresh fruit and veg on the way home though as the fridge is looking pretty empty.0 -
afternoon all
busy week this week! today took mum to hairdressers then went and got a bit of shopping. just having a bit of lunch and then going to wash the car - without interfering neighbour nosying in!! Can even park my car in our drive this week while she's gone, such a nice feeling - but very confusing every time I look out of the front window as I keep thinking someone's nicked it :rotfl:
small pleasures I suppose!
was a bit naughty last night and had a little pack of crisps and another cereal bar while watching tv, could have been worse I guess. About another 200 cals added onto yesterdays intake.
mealplan:
b - special k cereal with ss milk, choc shape yoghurt
l - [pink] tinned salmon sandwich with salad - on white bread -. pack of crisps.
d - tbc: having chinese buffet with friends, and then going to see Oblivion after.

Hi all, we've been really inspired by you and have been making most meals from scratch and eating a lot more healthily. My only problem is I started a new job about 6 weeks ago and it's quite manual work (it's in a charity shop, so hauling around boxes, sorting through clothes, bric-a-braq etc...) and also I have been delivering 200 betterware a week (including flats). I feel a lot fitter - but I have lost no weight
I don't know what else to do, other than what I have done (eat healthy and exercise). Any tips? I have even considered going to my GP, but only as a last resort really
I must remember that "Money Saving" is not buying heavily discounted items that I do not need. :hello:0 -
