    Had a horrible shock when the scales told me I've put on 4lb this week :eek: so I'm discounting that, put a new battery in and will weigh again tomorrow.

    B - F&F, ss milk
    D - Spag bol as yesterday.
    T - BLC (bacon, lettuce, cucumber, as no tomato) sandwich
    S - Grapes, melon, 1/2 nana
    E - 2x10 mins, must make more effort :(

    i would like to register a 2.5lbI feel at least I have started now!:T
    Today
    B- toast, marmite
    L- salad with olives and weeny cubes of chees, ban and apple
    D- Hm lemon chicken and rice.

    Bit late for Friday but I would like to report a 1/2lb loss this week please. Happy with that, as I have had some bad days this week :o

    Will catch up with the thread over the weekend as I have been too busy to get online last couple of days...

    Very pleased with that as I had a wobbly day (damn those cashew nuts!) but I have done more exercise this week.
    3 more lbs to go now to my lowest adult weight. I might even see if I can get a bit lighter - my target is 9.5 stone but who knows I might get a teeny bit lower?
    I'm 5 ft 5 and a stocky build (quite muscular) so am a size 10 now but a few more lbs off might make me look a bit more toned? Will see how I get on - back at work next week and the exercise gets a bit harder then.

    Managed to lose my 1lb this week, the scales at work are shocking though, so definitely going to invest in some myself this weekend. Making pizza today, not the most healthy thing in the world (certainly not how I have it :o) but tasty nevertheless! Going to reduce portion sizes rather than change my toppings, this has worked for me in the past, I tend to feel less "deprived" this way and actually stick to it!

    I have been sooo careful these past 2 weeks, done lots of walking and running and have lost 0lb I am dumbfounded! But will not give up!

    afternoon all

    trying to stay on the wagon but think I might treat myself to a big bag of crisps in front of the tv tonight :o having one of those odd days where I have no energy and think I need a pick me up!

    b- 1/2 bowl of special k cereal, ss milk (couldnt finish it)
    l - jacket spud with small tin beans, grated cheese, small salad
    d - mini meatfeast pizza, handful oven chips, 3 x onion rings
    s - large strawberries x 4 with a few teaspoons of nutella, 2 mini bags of biscuits, half a large bag of s&v crisps in front of tv :)

    Hello all, nice bit of sun today but am freezing after sitting in it for an hour watching my kids skate up and down. So much energy!

    Very pleased to be back on the wagon and I'm 5 lb less

    i know thats a one off but it still feels good.:beer:

    B branflakes and raisins
    L cottage cheese, salad and ryvita
    D veggie "meat"balls and spaghetti
    S slice of malt loaf, tiny bit of lemon drizzle cake and quite a bit of wine
    E none

    Well done losers and stayers, some good numbers to start this challenge off with :)

    Pleased I put a new battery in the scales, I've lost yesterday's 'gain of 4lb' but no more, so it's an STS for me this week

    B - had to be out early so missed
    L - cup of carrot & coriander soup, 2 slices ciabatta with rf garlic & chive philly, sweet pickle
    D - grilled rainbow trout, grilled tomato, mushrooms
    S - grapes, satsuma, banana
    E - 3x10mins

    Enjoy the rest of the day and hope the sun comes out eventually, fed up with the rain!
