Hi All,
I will forgive Ellie as I only like white toblerone so I wouldn't have gone for any other kind..
I am sure at one point in my life, I managed to put stones on due to my fondness of brazil nuts covered in chocolate.. I was quite pernickity about where I bought them and it was either BHS or Littlewoods that sold the best away back then...
As a rule, I am not that fond of chocolate, but I think Toblerone was something special because, at one time, you could only buy the large ones in the Duty Free... and then it would get half melted in the heat when you got to your holiday destination. I used to keep it in the fridge so that it almost broke your teeth to eat it :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I also had a fondness for white chocolate mice....but then it became difficult to get really nice ones.. They started to substitute white cooking chocolate ones instead of the ones that tasted like the 'milky bar'..
But those days are passed... later on in life, I would go for savoury rather than sweet... Cheese and biscuits, crisps, etc etc...
It's funny that I was never drawn to salad stuff... I cold never get excited about that... but now I can't eat it anyway...
Anyway, that's enough of reminiscing... take care everyone and I hope the weigh-in goes well for all of us...:beer:0 -
Am I the only one that thinks that Tobelerone hurts? Its so pointy it actually hurts my mouth!
Had a poor day today - food was ok but I succumbed to a smallish bag of cashew nuts which turned out to be almost 600 cals :(B*gger!
Tomorrow is another day....0 -

Brazil nuts - omg, my favourites. always have to have them in my pic n mix at the cinema (on the rare occasions that I buy it).
Also...its not just Toblerone you can break teeth on - years and years ago my Mum managed to break a tooth on a Rolo from a pack she had put in the fridge....she hasnt been so fond of them since! :rotfl:
Anyhoo, late post but just got in from meeting with friend! Had quite a bit to drink but I havent had any alcohol in weeks so worth it!
d - chips, coleslaw, steak sandwich (in ciabatta bread)
plus 3 medium glasses rose wine, 2 bacardi and diet cokes
Now for some zzz's  will sort out calories tomorrow/later!0 -

Has someone been throwing Toblerone at you WW? Bet if the schools saw it in a lunchbox it'd be banned as a dangerous missile
Cashews are safer, they have roundy ends0 -

You're not the only one welshwoofer...I never worked out how to take a bite without the pointy bit hurting my mouth, so I've not had one for a years and years...sad isn't it, defeated by a chocolate bar
I'm relieved to report a 1 lb loss today, thought I was going to be stuck at that weight for ever!!!
Good luck weighing in everyone...I'm away for a few days so I'll catch up with all your losses when I get back next week.
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0 -
Haha I love the thought of chocolate flying off the shelves causing pain upon impact, still if it actually did that I might eat less of it! :rotfl:
Well done Ellie :T
I will try and remember to weigh in tomorrow if not I will leave it till next week as I didn't weigh myself until Tuesday so not full week.
I made chocolate porridge for breakfast from a vegan website (except I used cows milk) and was a little disappointed. Am going to tweek it slightly I think as it was too milky and try again as it doesn't have too many calories and looks really good in the picture on the blog!0 -
Morning all
Another STS this week. Can't be too annoyed as only been regimenting this new way of eating for 2-3 days so hopefully it will pay off next week.
Easy meals today:

l - tuna pasta with 1/2 tin sweetcorn
d - chicken breast piece, 1/2 packet microwave rice, small salad, slice brown bread with spread
s- mini jammie dodgers; banana; ww ice cream
Calories: 1440 :A
Sidenote: totted up calories for yesterday and am shocked to see they are just over 27000 -
Been swimming and feel much better today - felt really fed up with myself yesterday.
Bought a salad for lunch and a reduced stir fry for tea so hopefully today will be a much better day.
