Total weight loss to date: 12lb0 -
Any room for another shamefully re-entering the room after a winter of stodge
. ?
I don't have a lot to lose but the same 12lb or so has been taunting me for the last year
I turn 40 in June and have a lovely holiday to look forward to. I HAVE to lose it by then so I can feel comfy in my holiday clothes - I will not be fat & 40!!!!!
So if you could put me down for 12lb and give me a big kick up the rear, that would be great
Nice to be back- prior planning prevents poor performance!
May Grocery challenge £150 136/1500 -
Oh theatregirl so sorry about your date0
-
I would like to report a loss of -1 please this week Dragon0

I have lost 2lb this week - meaning have lost total of 8lb since the New Year.
Am pleased with this...have had a few weekends away and meals out.

I'm so sorry ladies, but I have nothing to add to the final total for this challenge - I'm a STS this week.
(those 3 small letters do not even begin to cover a dieters week...it went "oh, I'm not willing to resist chocolate cakes"..."dam, I've put on 2 lbs this weekend"...falling back into eating snacks, trying very hard to stop, getting it under control again just in time for the weigh in...and "oh thank goodness, my weight's back down again". All that effort and no thinner...but it's just 3 little letters!)
If I'd truly lost all the pounds I've lost over the years, I'd have disappeared long ago :rotfl:
And theatregirl - never thought I'd say this but I hope you're back to eating your chocolate soon!

I don’t beleeeeeeve it – can only report ½ lb loss this week – that last pound is soooo reluctant to shift . Suppose I should be content with the gradual loss.
By the way does anyone know the best exercise for toning up “bingo wings” – I have managed to bag a bargain of a dress for an event I am attending but it is sleeveless, and at my age the saggy upper arms are not such a good look :eek:Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61
July - Grocery spends = £119.54
Aug - Grocery spends = £87.350 -

There are videos on you tube for getting rid of bingo wings. I can't vouch for them, because I've never had the patience to try them.
If you find one that works, make sure you let us know, I'd love my nice trim arms back!

Morning all.
Dont feel too sorry for me. I lost 14 stone of loser last night apparantly (according to the people I've spoken to about it and those that had a response for me) :rotfl:
Ah well onwards and upwards I suppose. Pfft.
Just weighed and I am STS this week. Not really surprising since I havent really exercised this week and havent been going back and forth to work as usual.
I WILL get the Wii Fit out this week and I will eat less chocolate.....oh wait hello Easter weekend.
Dragon, could I change my target to 3lbs instead please? If I can lose the 3lb I will be a nice even 12 stone.
Off out to Iceland. Maybe some bargain hunting/voucher using will cheer me up.0
