Same here sparrer...back to being good tomorrow. Really not managed to eat well this weekend
Noticed The Dragon's not been on here this weekend...hope there's nothing wrong, and she's offline because of some nice reason.
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0 -
Hi
Sorry not been on here much! I don't have anything exciting to report I've stayed the same for about 3 weeks now.
Been away for a few weekends and just done too much eating and drinking!

I'm breastfeeding which I'd been relying on to shift it but it's not working. I've got a much bigger appetite, plus being in the house a lot more is causing me to snack loads.
I was going to a diet club up till about 6 months into the pregnancy but don't want to go back, I want to try to do it myself, save the weekly fee and not be getting worked up by weigh in day. I shouldn't really be cutting back majorly as it could affect my milk, I just want to be healthier and get into good habits so that when I stop breastfeeding I don't pile on crazy amounts of weight.
I've also got a holiday in 3 months that I'd love to have lost some for, plus I'd like to be a healthy weight for my next pregnancy, and I don't want my daughter growing up with me being overweight.
Welcome to the gang Rachel (and congratulations on your new baby), this current challenge has 2 more weigh in Fridays (last weigh in is Friday 29th aka Good Friday!) and then the next challenge will start (13 weeker for those that want to know :rotfl:), if you want to join in the challenges just let me know and I will sign you up - if you just want to chat on the group then that is fine as well

Reporting a 1 lb loss this week. I know it could have been more (because I have sneaky weigh ins during the week
) but at least it's going in the right direction.
I think I have to be strong willed like sparrer, and cut out the cheese...I knew it was high calorie, but actually read the label last night, didn't realise it was THAT high
(Oh, and cut out the fish and chip takeaways, of course :rotfl:)

Hello Everyone!
Sorry for disappearing for a few days, it's all been a bit manic but can't really pinpoint why. Especially as I had Friday was a bank holiday over here.
I have been a bit lapse while I've been away. Slap on the wrists for me. I have to report a sts.
Will be back regularly this week. I really find it helps me stay focus and it's nice to see everyone's news. Hope everyone is well.0 -

I'd really love to join this thread if that's ok?
I'm 22, female and have quite a lot of weight to lose.
On 4th March I weighed myself in the morning and I was 19 stone 4.5 pounds.
Since then I've been using MFP to try and calorie count and just eat more healthily.
I weighed myself on Friday(15th) morning and I'd got down to 18 stone 11.I was so happy!
I'd love to get down to about 12 stone, so I'd like to lose 102.5 pounds in total.
Would love to be part of this thread for motivation, support and good ideas of how to stay on track!

Welcome Jess! Well done on your loss so far and hope you can find what you're looking for here.
Some of us like to post the food we have each day and others like to just get involved with the challenges. I'm kind of new too and have found it to be a lovely place.
Dragon, thanks for keeping us all in check! :T
B. ns muesli bar, banana, ns yoghurt and 2 plain sesame ryvita.
L. a v small amount of pasta with half a tin of sardines and tonnes of veg. Tomatoes, onion, sweetcorn, broccoli and red pepper.
d. hm carrot and orange soup, ns jelly.
s. tbsp of raisins, options and a piece of cake. Why do people have to keep having birthdays/name days at work???!!! It's getting ridiculous now.
e. week 8 r 1 (28 minutes) , 1 hour swim and in the moment will do bedtime yoga for 15 minutes in an attempt to help me sleep.
Hope everyone had a good Monday, mine was full of comic disasters! Fell off my chair in a lesson trying to reach for a book from the desk and spilt coffee on a colleague's desk! oops.0
