hello all
a late post for me with the details of todays food (your riveting update is here lol)
b- cheese on toast, aero yoghurt
l - chicken salad wraps x 2, crisps, kitkat
d - portion h/m stirfry, reeses pieces
t - ww tagliatelle bolognese, salad, slice bread, 1/4 pack wispa pieces
oh dear....not very good at all is it.... :A0 -
To finish off the day's meals -
D pate & toast, 5oz steak, mushrooms and tomato, few chips, chocolate cake with cream.
T - 2 rashers back bacon in 2 slices danish with rf spread
S - melon, satsuma
E - none but cleaned the stairs and batheoom

Well even though I haven't posted daily I have tried a bit this week and have managed to lose 1lb :j It seems like ages since I lost anything at all so I'm very pleased.
I will continue to be good but not fanatical (as I can get a bit obsessive sometimes) and do some exercise.
Off swimming this morning before settling down to watch all of the day's rugby - come on Wales!0 -

Soggy 'morning all

B - porridge, sk milk
L - veg soup, 1/2 nana in wrap
D - roast chicken, cabbage, leeks, green pepper, tablespoon mash, hm gravy
S - satsuma, apple, melon
E - 5 mins x 4 step, stretch, weights, crunches
Last push now, need make the next couple of weeks count. But it's 'ard!

Been swimming and managed a mile (64 lengths) in 32 mins - quite pleased with that. Have also walked the dog twice and scrubbed the whole house from top to bottom - feel justified in sitting down for the rest of the afternoon with the rugby. Come on Wales!:beer:0
