I'm pretty sure we've 2 more weeks to go, with the final weigh in being easter weekend.
And then I'm really hoping that The Dragon will be good enough to do another 3 months, cos I'm not nearly finished...
please Dragon, can we keep going?
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0 -

Hi WelshWoofer,
I think congrats are in order. I am not into rugby but I believe Wales won the grand slam... so I hope you had something to celebrate
That also sounds great that you swam a mile  I am lucky if I can swim across the pool let alone one length of the pool... :rotfl::rotfl:0 -
Well I managed to clamber back on the wagon today:
Yoghurt and fruit
Baked pot
and courtesy of a good friend had a sensible dinner of veggies, veggies and more veggies with half a portion of moussaka followed by fresh fruit salad even with the one small scoop of vanilla ice cream still under budget!
Nothing but fruit tea and water! I need to re lose the gain this week so I hit my target before my birthday .......

Hi All
I've been busy since I got started on making something to wear for my holidays... It is not until Sept so I've got plenty of time to really push the boat out... I bought myself some metallic thread, and other odds and sods that cost me a fortune.. so I have been trying out different things.. :j:j:j So much so, i am too busy to eat...
You know, I think this is the first time in my life that food hasn't revolved around everything I do. Since I made a conscious effort to lose weight once and for all in January I am finding that food is becoming less and less important. Don't get me wrong, I love cooking and I try to make sure that what I eat tastes good but I no longer look at food as a reward or something to find solace in... :A
Here's hoping I don't get proved wrong in the futureas I would really like to get slim for the rest of my life... I find that I am getting a bit fitter every day. Yesterday, I did all my housework, upstairs, downstairs, kitchen, dining room etc etc whereas, before Christmas, I was having to split it into doing the upstairs one day and downstairs the next and I no longer have to drag myself up the stairs hanging onto the banister every step of the way... :T:T:T Funnily enough, I struggle to lift a trug full of washing to go out onto the line .. It feels heavier than it used to.. so
Dragon, please, please, please have another challenge0 -

Well I appear to have made it through this week in three pieces. Better than a million haha.
Just popping on to quickly post meal plans etc, hope I can stick to them, need to be better this week and shed a lb or two.
yesterday:
b - cheese on toast, aero yoghurt
l - none, working through lunchtime
d - kfc chips, h/m stirfry portion, aero bar
s - a few mini (Celebrations) chocolates that were floating around the office after the show finished
t - (when I got home) half a pork pie, 3 slices cheese, very small square h/m pie, crisps, rest of wispa pieces.
we all got free drinks last night after the show, opted for a J20 soft drink - the other choices were wine and beer but I resisted them
today:
b - cheese on toast, several spoonfuls of nutella
l - chicken and bacon pasta bake, blackberry yoghurt
d - brinnerhalf slice of fried bread, 1 sausage, 3 rashers bacon, mushrooms, 1 tomato
s - probably have some arctic roll much later after dinner0 -
Thanks Ellie99.
Yes please Dragon can we have another challenge, I have a long way to go yet!0 -
Not too bad a day so far - but I did have 2 bottles of cider yesterday whilst watching the rugby - just to settle my nerves:rotfl:
What a fab win!
Just back from a good hour long walk with the dog who looks all cute and fluffy after a bath and blow dry this morning.
Just about to make some tea and then settle down after a bath to watch a film before work starts again tomorrow.
Hope we all have a good week.:)0 -

B - spicy fruity porridge, sk milk
D - jacket with chilli & cheese, side salad, coleslaw. Steamed syrup sponge & custard
T - none
S - satsuma, apple, melon
Back to being good tomorrow0
