Hi folks
What a bummer – another STS for me – after the joy of a sneaky mid-week weigh-in showed I was down 1½lbs :j, boo hoo I’m back up again three days later.
This however will not deflate me, although the pressure is on now and I really need to do better this week. I’ve got a wedding coming up in May and went into town this week to look for a dress and although I got into a fitted one it was still a bit nipped at the waist so I really need to lose another couple of pounds to be really comfy. Guess it will be stomach crunches twice a day from now on.
Well done Dragon, bet it feels good to be losing again.Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61

Hi Dragon...I'm afraid I'm not weighing in this week, I've gone completely off the wagon since having my final dress fitting, because I can't lose any more weight as it can't be adjusted anymore. Except I need a slap on the wrist and need to get back on track, because I DEFINITELY shouldn't gain any weight either!
I will weigh in again next week and I'm still here cheering for you all0 -
Good morning all
Just a quick postas I havent got long before I need to run out to work (again). I'm in the midst of feeding my cold & cough but trying to stay sensible.
b- toast with marmalade, grape juice, 1 x caramelised biscuit.
l- will pop to morrisons and get some of their pasta salad and a sandwich
d - hotdog sub roll
not sure about snacks yet, if any.
did a ton of stairs and running around yesterday as I was on the back stalls entrance and the ice creams needed to be restocked ready for the matinee (ie: today). today will be trying to take it easier as not 100% and am also on the bar so it will be a little slack.0 -
Hiya! 2 pound loss this week.
Thank you Dragon.
I'm not going to post yesterday's food because we had a women's day dinner and party with a free bar. Oh it was wonderful!
I did do my week 6 run 3 though.0 -
Congratulations on your loss Dragon
, and everyone who lost/maintained. I'm seriously thinking about selling my bm as I have no control when it comes to fresh bread and I'm sure that was the cause of my +1 this week. I've got too lax, and I've started baking again which I love doing but I have to eat it! Time for a shake-up, just hope I can stick to it now
B - spicy fruity porridge, sk milk
L - grilled back bacon and tomato in pitta bread
D - chicken/veg casserole, cous cous
S - apple, pear, grapes
E - trying step, crunches and aerobics to a video (slowly!)
Have a good rest of the day0
