Fell off the wagon big time at the weekend going into comfort eating mode. Like Northwest1965 I'm hanging my head in shame today.
Hoping that I can repair the damage before the weekend.0 -

Why do all the loveliest things start with C ?
Maybe we should work out an alphabet diet :rotfl:
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0 -
What is old style of weight loss? I am not understand properly.
Hi johnson
It could mean that you are trying to lose weight by:
reducing the amount of food you eat or
Trying to lose weight by calorie counting or
Not eating cakes, chocolate and fattening foods..
or something like that...
I believe it means not taking pills to lose weight or to go under the knife..
I hope this helps0 -
All good things do start with c, it's totally unfair.
B. none (was a bit disorganised) and by 12 I was force fed a bit of chocolate as I felt dizzy and sick.it was only a couple of squares though.
L. Bean burgers, salsa, nat yoghurt and sugar free yoghurt.
D. Lettuce soup
S. a tbsp sunflower seeds and currants
E. Week 6 run 1 and 45 minutes swimming
I was not very money saving today and bought myself a new outfit after school. I've been admiring it for ages and today my new normal size of skirt was sold out. For a laugh I tried on the next size down and it fitted!!! Well... It fits but is a bit tight, so I have something to aim for!
I hope no one who fell off the wagon so to speak is beating themselves up too much.

Good for you  It won't be long before the skirt is too loose on you ....
I didn't have a good night last night... A cat that I am looking after decided to pee in my magazine box... My fault really, cats and newspapersI couldn't shout at it as it is a terrified, nervy cat.. but I'll stop it doing that before it gets re-homed.. I'll rub some vick around the top of the basket and that should be enough to deter him...
This morning, I happened across my beloved's sun newspaper... so I glanced inside and read a large article about a lady who has dropped 22 dress sizes in under 20 months... She has taken a photo record of herself a stone lighter each time... so she's went from 28 st to 10 st. It is some achievement and she looks really good... She did it with the Cambridge diet but it goes to show that if you are determined enough .... we can all do it...:j:j:j:j:j
She knew that she was facing an early grave if she didn't do something about it... and she had also hid herself away.... I have seen myself do that... I won't go swimming as I would be too ashamed to go into the pool... which is sad but that's the way it is... but once I have shed the excess lard, I'll be in there :j:j:j:j
So there is hope for all of us.....
Well, I am off out to do some gardening as the sun is shining and there are things to do... Tonight, I will be having roast beef with spinach and salad potatoes... I also have a cauliflower in the fridge so I might make cauliflower soup so that it doesn't get wasted...
I hope you are all having a good day.. :j:j:j:j0 -

Morning all! Sorry I need to vent.
I have a colleague who is also a friend, I love her dearly but she drives me insane.
I have been slowly and sometimes surely losing weight since September. I am NOT on a diet, I just try and eat healthily, keep treats as treats and do exercise. I am happy with this. Obviously I wish the pounds would go away faster and my wobbly tummy too but I'm proud of myself. I hope doing it slowly means it will stay away.
She is forever on and off some sort of diet. At the moment she is on a no carb type thing. On Monday she came in and said that she'd lost two kilos (about 4.5 pounds) since last Monday. Yesterday when I had the little muffin for other colleague's name day, she come over and said"I can't believe you are eating that. I would never eat that". This morning she has come in and said she has lost another kilo.
I don't want to be negative about her, like I said she's my good friend. But It's all she talks about and makes me feel disheartened. I hate talking about my weight, when people ask how much I've lost or that I look great, I say thanks and change the subject! I'm not doing it to get attention. Yesterday another colleague came in and told everyone that she had seen me running and swimming on Monday night. So then everyone was talking about that. My colleague said that she doesn't need to exercise because her diet works. She is always asking me about kilos, size, food and exercise. She treats it like a competition.
She will be smaller than me soon due to the fact she doesn't eat anything! I just have to remember my journey is forever and completely sustainable.
Sorry for the rant, I'm just jolly annoyed and didn't to release. Thank you for giving me a place to do it. Have a great day everyone.0
