Hello all
Been trying to just eat sensibly. Have had guest for the past week, thankfully they do healthy eating too and I manage to avoid the glass of wine, make that half a bottle every night! Even when guest was having a drink!
Goodness only knows how I have managed to keep on the wagon and the rest of my life is falling apart round my ears. Lets hope this means it is becoming ingrained and habit so I can sustain this.
Will weigh in tomorrow and hopefully be rewardedStart info Dec11

Having a much better week this week. Hanging my head in shame helped:)
Dug out my Rosemary Conley DVD. I can recommend these to anyone. They are all achievable. So many of the celebrity DVD's are so hard!Loved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!0 -
Well, as expected, I am a STS this week.
I deliberately set a low target of 8 lbs (to allow for birthdays and time away from home) and I really want to reach it. So...back to the lettuce soup next week.
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0 -
Sorry to say I've gained 1lb this week. No more hm bread for me, back to the crackerbread. I've let some naughty food creep in, need to get stern with myself as it's the first gain I've had for ages and am not impressed.

L - hm veg soup.
D - pork loin, broad beans, peas
S - 1/2 banana in WW pitta, apple, pear, melon
E - usual plus kitchen floor on hands and knees. Had trouble getting up today, need up the exercise to get more supple!
Good luck everyone0 -

Hi Sparrer
You let some naughty food creep in... Well, my angel slipped on Wednesday big style... I was minding my own business and getting on with the housework as you do... :A and guess what???? I came across a box of maltesers... Now, just to let you into a secret, I don't like maltesers - I like white toblerone... (which is on top of my wardrobe and staying there)... but I had to open the box... Just like Pandora  So I had to have one... and then another and then another until I finished the whole box  I don't know how it happened but it did and I threw the empty box onto the fire so that my beloved wouldn't find out.. It was his box of maltesers...:( but, onwards and downwards.... there's nothing else to be said... Except why did I eat a box of maltesers that I don't even like ????? mea culpa:(:(
