Hello, I am putting a sneaky weigh in now as tomorrow and weekend are shaping up to be one long works session starting 0800 on site (blergh) which after this week probably means way too much liquid relaxation and munchies which simply would not be fair ...... So

  • Hahaha my caramelised biscuits are the source of much debate!!

daisiegg is right though - they are indeed the Lotus biscuits, I got them in T's because I had a voucher and wanted to try them out, not bad for 79p really. :)
The Tunnocks ones though....my mum is a BIG BIG BIG fan of those, I'm sure she'd eat 2 in a sitting, but yes minus the cheese on toast lol.

Just totted up my calories for the day and have come in around the 1550 mark, that's adding a half sachet of rice to the meatballs for my dinner - didnt eat the sauce that came with the meatballs, just threw that out as I prefer my food plain.
Going to have a handful of popcorn to satisfy my sweet tooth and then bed for me. Got to pop out to the post office tomorrow and will pick up more grapes for mum as since being unwell she's acquired a the taste for them, lol.

Have to report STS this week. I am quite upset especially as I have increased the exercise (from none to some!) and I have been very good this week with the only exception being two small (1 inch) pieces of fruit cake. :(

I have my final (as in, the last time they can adjust the size) dress fitting on Tuesday, so that's it. I can't lose any more weight after that. So despite trying really hard I am going to be a fat bride, which I so didn't want. I am gutted and could cry. :(

Please don't be so sad. This is a long hard process and we cannot expect miracles. You will not be a fat bride, you will be a stunning princess. Your man loves you for you so he won't care what size you are. Remember that and you'll feel beautiful no matter how many kilos you didn't lose.

Well done cutestkids, that's fantastic! :T

I didn't post yesterday because my day got slightly out of control in terms of business and fell into bed, knackered.

    B. yoghurt and final piece of biscotti.
    L. final 3 parsnip pancakes, yoghurt and cucumber salad and 12 cherry tomatoes.
    D. Bowl of dill soup.

    E. none :( I was trying to find birthday presents for my niece yesterday evening and by the time I realised the time it was too late.

It's spring! I'm so happy February is over and we can now start looking forward to longer and warmer days.

I'm not sure what will happen today. It's going to be hard. I'm taking a class to the theatre in a neighbouring city and always tend to end up buying something naughty for dinner. But I will be strong.

I will also have to force myself to go for my run this afternoon. In daylight!! As we will be out all evening.

    So today.

    B. yoghurt
    L. Carrot and dill soup
    D. ???
    E. Week 5, run 3. That's 20 minutes without a break. I've never run that long before so fingers crossed I manage it.

Dont be sad Daisy - your weight does not define you. You are worth so much more than a number on the scales x
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

An STS - one too many scones, perhaps? :o

(((Hugs)))daisiegg, don't get so despondent. You've done amazingly well and the dress fitter is telling you not to lose any more weight, what does that say? You don't want to be a see-through stick insect, that's horrible, you want to be the person your OH loves. He's hardly going to say 'ewww, look at that fat bride coming toward me' because that's not who he sees. Have to say that I look in the mirror and see a fat person, but my clothes, and friends, tell me different. You will look stunning!

    B - spicy, fruity porridge
L - hm leek and potato soup, very appropriate today
D - pork loin, cauli, small jacket
    S - melon, banana, satsuma
E - kung fu fighting, ie shopping in Sainsbugs on a Friday. I must be mad!

    Happy St David's Day :)

    More (((hugs))) for daisiegg.

Everyone's already said what I would say to you...we all know how hard dieting is, and you've tried your best.
You OH and your family and friends who'll be at your wedding all love you exactly as you are, nobody will be thinking about your weight. Relax and enjoy your day!
When are you getting married, how long to go?

If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?

Ooops, forgot to report...a 1 lb loss this week.

Was tempted to wait until tomorrow but don't think it will make a difference. Not a thing has passed my lips this week which hasn't been considered and passed as suitable, I have tried so hard, I was hoping for a bigger loss...only because I'm going away easter weekend and want to see a difference by then... and it's getting very close!
