Still with you all - keep on keeping on :T:T:TI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -

Hi All
I had to make porridge for the chooks this morning as it was bitterly cold.. You should see the six of them getting stuck into it ... They love it !!!! :j:j:j:j
Anyway, I'm still motivated to carry on even though I seem to have plateaued this last wee while.. but I still think my way works for me so I am going to persevere only eating when I am hungry and stopping when I am full... and absolutely to junk....no fries ... no sweets etc ... so tonight I am having.... Yes, wait for it.... Drum roll .... :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Belly Pork....
Now, I know that there is a lot of fat on belly pork but that is what keeps it succulent when cooking and also gives it some flavour... so I have rubbed it with my special flavourings and popped it into the halogen...
I'm not sure what I am having with it but most likely some salad potatoes... When I dish it up, I'll make sure I have no fat on the meat... so I am fair looking forward to it... :A
I also picked up some satsumas in Sainsburys... At least, I think that's what they were... but they had some of the expensive ones left reduced so I put the cheepo ones back and grabbed the dear ones that I got for the same price and at least they are not drawing the cheeks in when they are eaten...:j:j:j
Well, that's all for now... I'm off to see to the veggies...0 -
