oh diet not been too good past few days. such a terrible weekend of work. busy, stressful, patients hitting shouting and spitting at me. nevermind, im sure its worth it.
and tomorrows monday so will refocus n think of some tasty foods to eat this week in work.0 -

Hi everyone,
Snowing here so walked the children to school for 9am. Bumped into a friend on the way home, so got home at 10am!
Food so far today:
B - micro porridge, ss milk, tea
L - part baked roll from A!di, cheddar, 2 (yes 2!) packs of tyrells c&o crisps (brought back from scout camp and calling my name
)
D - Beef meatballs, small portion of spaghetti, hm napoletana sauce
S - mini chocceur bar from A!di
E - school run (2 miles trudge in the sludge) - probably the same at hometime
Looking at that food list - shocking!
MUST TRY HARDER!!!!

A c-c-c-c-cold g'day from me
B - run out of porridge, F&F and bread so had to have a toasted hc bun
D - jacket with rf cheese, lean back bacon and mushrooms
T - Beef & veg broth. Sliced banana with scoop of rf C d'O ice cream
S - melon, satsuma, grapes, pear
E - usual plus a very little bit of housework

Hi All
I had to make porridge for the chooks this morning as it was bitterly cold.. You should see the six of them getting stuck into it ... They love it !!!! :j:j:j:j
Anyway, I'm still motivated to carry on even though I seem to have plateaued this last wee while.. but I still think my way works for me so I am going to persevere only eating when I am hungry and stopping when I am full... and absolutely to junk....no fries ... no sweets etc ... so tonight I am having.... Yes, wait for it.... Drum roll .... :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Belly Pork....
Now, I know that there is a lot of fat on belly pork but that is what keeps it succulent when cooking and also gives it some flavour... so I have rubbed it with my special flavourings and popped it into the halogen...
I'm not sure what I am having with it but most likely some salad potatoes... When I dish it up, I'll make sure I have no fat on the meat... so I am fair looking forward to it... :A
I also picked up some satsumas in Sainsburys... At least, I think that's what they were... but they had some of the expensive ones left reduced so I put the cheepo ones back and grabbed the dear ones that I got for the same price and at least they are not drawing the cheeks in when they are eaten...:j:j:j
Well, that's all for now... I'm off to see to the veggies...0 -

If I make 4 inch diameter pancakes with 1 tsp sugar and lemon then I can have 13 of these ..... maybe this is a little OTT but I can mix up the fillings a bit tooStart info Dec11 :eek:
