Booooo! 1lb gain for me this week - so sorry everyone for affecting the total :o We go skiing in 9 days time and I had hoped for a little more weight loss before the holiday but it's obviously not meant to be :(

    Must try harder this week.

I tried doing a search but no luck, is there a free weight tracker online, the kind that "predicts" where you will be if you lose 1lb per week for example? I need a bit of incentive to keep me on the healthy eating track, I have lost 6lb in 4 weeks but its getting less and less each week (only half lb loss this week)
