Morning All,
I have sts this week. Dragon please can I amend my target ... Can I change it to 10lb please in hope that 7 weeks I can manage that!
I also haven't been planning, tracking or anything else health wise so I am very pleased with a STS!!
I will however have a go at planning this week as well as shopping accordingly.
However I have resorted to Oats so Simple each morning because I am pants at porridge! It doesn't taste as nice and I eat a lot more if I make itThe only problem is my 1 year old daughter keeps pinching it ... I might have to get the bigger bags as I end up eating about half and want to be properly feuled for the day
I will track this week on MFP ... tell me off if I don'tSW member: 09/01/2014

Afternoon All
Well a little 1lb lossfor me this week
I have been pants this week as dh has been off work and it throws my routine completely, have not felt like making hm lunches and have gone the easy route of sandwiches or bread, but will try to be better from monday. Have allowed myself a new lippy if I get to target so hope that works!:D'You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose' - Dr Suess

Congrats to everyone who has lost or sts! For those who have gained, always remember tomorrow is a new day.
I've cut out all processed food, meat/meat products, and grains (including bread) this week. I had gained weight (back up to over what I started this challenge at!) and I'm already below where I was at my last weigh in. I'm really interested in seeing where my weight will be tomorrow for the weigh in. Also, I am loving being able to eat as much fresh and cooked veg and beans as I can hold! Today is just day two of it for me, but if I keep feeling this good and not being hungry, I'll definitely stick with it.0 -
7 weeks?! I guess I could still reach target if I continue to lose 1/2 lb a week - talk about a snail :rotfl:
B - spicy fruity porridge
L - sandwich, 2 slices WW wholemeal bread spread with ff yogurt and 2 slices chicken. 1/12th blackcurrant pie with 3 teasp ff yogurt (got a ys pie and cut it into 12 before freezing. Was tempted to have 2 slices but restrained myself. This time...)
D - chicken breast & hm wedges. 1/2 nana in pitta
S - grapes, melon, satsuma, apple
E - prob not today, spent the morning with DD for her birthday, now siesta is calling
