Absolutely OG, roll on Spring and better weather, then I do the bare minimum housework and practically live outside :D
Pleased you're getting some benefit here Yellow_One, whatever works for you that's the way to go

    B - spicy fruity porridge
D - chicken sandwich with 2 slices WW brown bread, mug of hm beef and bean soup. Very filling, very warming
    T - 3 crackerbread, 1xvegemite, 1xrf cheese&pickle, 1xmarmalade
S - melon, grapes, satsuma, apple
E - I heard that stress can burn calories, if so I've burned off today's by hunting everywhere for the paperwork so I can renew my car tax. Eventually found the relevant doc in the 'Carpet' file, which is next to the 'Car' one. Doh

Dull but dry here, hope no-one has the dreaded white stuff :)

Well done in losing all that weight in the first place  After all that has happened to you, I am surprised that you have kept it all off..:j

It gives me motivation to carry on as you have shown that you can lose a lot of weight in a year... so here's hoping...

I lost a lot when I was off work for the three months as I was bed bound for soloing I was never hungry. I also lost weight while being in hospital. So I the when I started eating properly again. I put that weight back on, that is how I think I have maintained.

Good luck on your journey, you can do it xx

    Hi everyone,

Thank you misslr for your advice re: alcohol. I don't get any 'output' just really bunged up nose to the point I can't breathe. Doesn't happen if I'm drinking posh wine, only when I'm having regular £10 or less bottles. I've obviously got good taste :rotfl:

Have felt rubbish/nauseous all day but have managed to eat sensibly. My headache has finally gone, so I'm busy catching up on housework that I missed earlier, being as I was sofa-bound :(

Not hopeful for weigh day tomorrow. Can feel the heat of the flames already :o

Well, the scales can't decide between -1 and -2 today. I am going to be cheeky and go with -2 because that is what they said yesterday morning and the day before, and I didn't eat a lot yesterday so no chance of having gained weight....I think it may just be a toilet issue *ahem* as in I haven't been able to go to the toilet *ahem* :o

    So.... -2 :):)

Good luck everyone else! Keep up the good work!

Hi everyone. It's a 2 pound lossfor me.
I have also hit another milestone - my BMI is now in the normal range. I will keep on though, because I definitely think I would look better with dropping another stone or so. I'm very happy though.
Keep up the good work everyone. Remember, we might be walking round in t-shirts in a few weeks time :D

Another small loss of 1/2lb this week - getting silly now, seem destined to lose in 0.5lb's but I guess it's going in the right direction, albeit slowly

Well done everyone for great efforts :)
  • A STS the same for me this week:(

I don't think I'm very good at this game!:(

I have signed up to MFP and started logging my food and exercise on there. It's been a real eye opener - especially how all those little things that don't seem to count really count a lot! The phrase "A moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips has never seemed so true!

So, onwards again! How many weeks have we got left?

Surely I can focus for that long?
