I tried doing a search but no luck, is there a free weight tracker online, the kind that "predicts" where you will be if you lose 1lb per week for example? I need a bit of incentive to keep me on the healthy eating track, I have lost 6lb in 4 weeks but its getting less and less each week (only half lb loss this week)

D you mean a calorie tracker like myfitnesspal?

lynnemcf I seldom lose more than 1/2lb now as I'm just off my target but get my incentive by looking at 1/2lb of butter or spread, and thinking I was 'wearing' that last week ;)

    B - spicy, fruity porridge
L - chicken sandwich with 2 slices WW bread. Banana
    T - cheese & biscuits.
    S - satsuma. melon, grapes
E - very little housework, quite a lot of sleep. Going to a party this evening and trying to work up the energy to get up and get ready

    Keep on keeping on :)
  • Hi All

I STS this week even though I am being really careful in following my golden rules.. :o

However, although I stayed the same, I am still losing inches in that I was able to get a pair of jeans on today that are a size smaller that what I am wearing (as they are not stretch jeans, there's no give in the material) and I am really pleased. I can get them on, sit in them and they are just a little too tight yet but considering I could hardly get them on a few weeks ago, there's quite a difference so it's enough incentive to keep me going.. :j:j:j:j

In case anyone is wondering... I am sitting in front of a roaring fire with my pork roast turning on a piece of string... I took the roast, opened it up and made deep cuts inside and then smeared seasonings in the inside and then stuffed the cuts with some plums that were starting to go a bit iffy (that will keep the meat moist).. I also rubbed in a little olive oil (I haven't had any other oil/butter today) ... I then tied it all up tightly again ... Rubbed the same seasonings/olive oil on the outside and it has been gently turning in front of the fire for the last 2 hours....:j:j:j:j:j ... and I am starving...

I hope all of you have a nice weekend...

    Hi all,
    Glad to report that I

    Lost 1lb this week!:j

    ( after 2 weeks STS! )

Not had a great week as I have a husband who can't be trusted. Caused a lot of heart ache this week, so I have felt more like eating the bad stuff than normal but was pleased to see a loss. That is half a stone since the start of the challenge, I had hoped for more, but least I'm on the way. Doubt ful I will make my 21lb target for the end of the challenge, but 14lbs could be achievable!

Well done to everyone for sticking with the challenge, and good luck for the coming week.

    Morning everyone,

I had McD's yesterday as I took DS2, two friends and DD to the cinema for his birthday treat - there, I've confessed, feel a bit better now :o

    Today's food:

B - micro porridge, ss milk, tea, banana
L - wm roll, wafer thin slice of cheese, cucumber
D - roast chicken, 2 small roasties, cabbage, brocolli
    S - penguin

    whoohoo I've lost 1lb this week:j:j
Hope eveyone else has had a good week and hugs to those who haven't.
Next week could be a challenge as the children are off school for half term. I always find the holidays more difficult as the children love to bake and I find myself making lots of biccies etc.. and of course they must be tested :o:p
