I am reporting a STS this week
I know it is silly but I am actually really gutted! I nearly cried when I stepped on the scales. I know I was due a bad week as it happens to everyone and I have lost every week so far, but even so.
I think it's because after my dress fitting last Saturday when the lady said I shouldn't lose much more weight, I just ate loads all weekend. Then I have been VERY good all week but it obviously wasn't enough.
I need to put some exercise in next week I think. I'll have no excuse not to as it is half term.
Bleh. No idea why I am so irrationally upset about this.
Hope everyone else has a more pleasing result!0 -
Oh and welcome back WW0

Hi all,
Had a bad week and gave in to low moods and ate box of chocs that had been hidden away.
So not surprising the scales have STS AGAIN!!
Also had pancakes with nuttella......... got another family birthday party at the weekend to deal with, but determined to keep with it.
Good luck to everyone with this week's weigh-in.:T 2015 TARGETS :TWeight loss 12.5/112lb 18th feb -4.5lb, 25th feb -2.5lb, 4th mar -2.5, 11th Mar -3,

Hi Folks
I’m another one returning after being MIA for weeks – had some RL issues to deal with and yes you guessed it the pounds piled on. What with the comfort eating and alcohol flavoured pain-relief I went from 9st 12lb to 10st 5lbs
But I’m happy to say as my self-esteem and self-worth are rising the pounds have been dropping and I can report that I’m back to where I was before it all kicked off.
So Dragon it’s a STS for me.
Thankfully the weather has improved making it much nicer to get out and blow the cobwebs and other c**p from my hair and more importantly get a bit of exercise.Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61

Hi all. 3lb loss to report here, mainly due to being in bed all week with a virus, but that's what the scales say, so I'll take it :-)
Just hope it doesn't bounce back once I'm back on my feet. Well done to those of you losing this week.Old style weight loss challenge, start date 14/7/13, starting wt: 14 st 12, goal 12lb in 11 weeks:

Hi All
I was getting a bit despondent when I didn't lose any weight for the past fortnight but I stayed on my plan and I was really rewarded when I had my Biggest Loser weigh-in on the wii on Wednesday...
It announced that I had lost 3 kilos but allowing for the fact that I think one week, I put on 1 lb or so I genuinely thought but I had forgotten that it weighed metric so it must have been 1 kilo I had put on so, I don't know if it would be more accurate to register 2 kilos... if you know what I mean.. but I have definitely lost my first stone... :j:j:j
So here's me starting my next goal of a stone.... :A
Just think, maybe by 2014, I'll be a totally different shape... instead of old and fat, I'll be old and thin !!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -
-3lb for me this week0

How boring am I, another loss of 1/2lb - I just want a whole lb, it's so frustrating as I've really tried this week. If I could have a treadmill at home I'm sure I'd do better...but I haven't so will just have to plod on as I am
Today
B - F&F, sk milk
L - chicken, tomato and rf mayo in a WW pitta
D - mushrooms and bacon on a small jacket
S - grapes, melon, apple, satsuma
E - usual stretch/step etc plus took all the curtains down (6 pairs) and hung clean ones. A lot of ladder climbing!
Have a good rest of the day, and weekend0 -
Thank you for all of the welcomes back - much appreciated.
I did brave the scales this morning and how did this happen? I've actually lost 1lb!:rotfl: I can only put it down to being so busy and managing to burn off the rubbish eaten.
Anyway its back on the straight and narrow from today.
I think its actually the lack of hardcore exercise that's made me feel different - I think I'm less toned that I was before and thats made me feel flabby and podgy rather than the actual number on the scales.
Whatever, it can't continue - I can't ride my luck anymore - I;m firmly back with you all!0 -

Sparrer, obviously I don't know what height you are, but at 9st 3lb you must be very close to your target weight. So a half pound loss every week is really good, you should be proud of yourself for what you're achieving...it's not easy to stick at it week after week but you're doing it! Give yourself a big pat on the back
(How I'd love to be 9st 3lb again...that was my normal weight when I got married about 30 years ago, and I didn't appreciate it at the time!)
I'm waiting until tomorrow to weigh in, hoping the extra day will make a difference.
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0
