I have lost 1lb this week

Good afternoon everyone.
I have had to buy another set of new scales today, so not sure how accurate, but I have lost 2 pounds,very happy with that.

Nearly 12 stone between us YAY :T

I lost 1lb this week. And have just stuffed a key lime pie so probably just put it straight back on
But that means back in the healthy zone (for this millisecond!)

It helps to keep us focused.... We should all try to beat the total and get to more than

Sorry to spoil the stats + 2lb for me this week. Not really surprised have been in a lot of pain and taking a lot of pills makes me feel lousy so have been comfort eating.

Will see how it goes but may bow out of the challenge for now
