    Good morning everyone
Have been ill since in January so didn't rejoin the challenge. Weighed my self yesterday and I have put on about 2 1/2 lbs. Had lost 11 so in the big picture it could have been worse as I certainly have been eating what I want.

So now my goal is 14 lbs by Easter. I know it is quite alot of weight but I am going to do my best to get as close to it as possible.

    All the best everyone.

Are you wanting to join in on the rest of the challenge this time around? and I hope you feel a lot better!

Hi Coxy, I cut the banana in half with skin on, use one half and wrap the other in foil, completely covering it and putting it in the fridge which helps it stay fresh. If you buy a lot of nana's you can do this with whole ones which keeps them quite well for a few days.
You guessed right, I do keep the other half for the next day. Slice the 1/2 nana in half lengthways, open the pitta into two, spread with ff yogurt and roll the halves up in them. Feels like a lot of food but it's not, and it's delish :)

    Evening All,
Sorry for the late weigh in Dragon, but have been a little under the weather combined with a busy day at work:(
1lb loss for me this week
Slow but still in the right direction I guess!
Well done to everyone, I know we are all trying hard.xxx

  • Hi eveyone,

I seems to have disappeared for the last week or so - I missed a weigh in the other weekend as I was scared I had put weight on, and then OH's nan passed away so everything has been a bit upsidedown.

Anyway, a late report of -2Lbs

Quite pleased as I fell off the wagon for a couple of days and did no exercise.
Be interesting to see if I lost anything next week :o
  • ok so I have given myself a stern talking to and plan to get back on track. Plans for today

    B - porridge
L - soup or instant noodles
D - roast chicken, veg and gravy. I will shred the chicken meat and freeze it straight away otherwise I can easily eat half a chicken at one sitting :o

exercise - have started decluttering and plan to finish my bedroom today. I have to hang a piece of wallpaper to complete the hallway and then I can get rid of the paste, bucket etc from my bedroom. I am just going to jump in the shower and go for a walk. Very grey here today but dry. I know if I dont go for a walk first thing this morning I will put it off for the rest of the day until its too dark or raining :o

    Happy sunday everyone x
