I also wanted to say that I got the star drops but there were 2 kinds so I bought both... The white one and the brown coloured one.. Which one do you use ????
Cheers
Thanks OG, it's been a bit of an uphill climb but got there with determination
I use the brown/orange one, never seen any of the others in my area. I seem to find a new use for it almost every day, chucked a bucket of it on the garden path and swept it off with the stiff broom this morning and it's brought it up much cleaner - I was only getting rid of what I washed the kitchen fronts down with0 -
Another 2lbs loss for me.0

Basically been doing the same, weetabix, banana, yogurt for breakfasts, fruit all day at work, mugshot when I get in 3.30 ish, healthy dinner and then a treat like glass of wine, g&t or a curly wurly. Good morning everyone
Have been ill since in January so didn't rejoin the challenge. Weighed my self yesterday and I have put on about 2 1/2 lbs. Had lost 11 so in the big picture it could have been worse as I certainly have been eating what I want.
So now my goal is 14 lbs by Easter. I know it is quite alot of weight but I am going to do my best to get as close to it as possible.
All the best everyone.0 -
A disappointing STS for me this week.:mad:
Must try harder!0 -
Hi everyone,
Didn't weigh in yesterday as DH was off and the 'routine' goes out the window
Lost 1lb this week which makes up for the gain last week
Looks like a better week for most people - keep it up everyone!

Well done to all STS and losses and keep on keep on trying to those who are struggling or who have gained xxI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -
