Thanks for the welcome guys :)

What's the current challenge Dragon? I'm afraid I haven't read back though the thread :o

Basically you say how much weight you hope to lose in the challenge time (which runs from a Saturday to a Friday - 4th weigh in is tomorrow which is why I say there are 8 weeks left ) then each week you say how much weigh you have lost *or gained* and I put a chart up covered in lots and lots of :). You don't need to post a starting weight on here though JUST the amount you want shifted by the end of the time :D

Ok I see thanks for that :)

I will just post how much I have lost each week if that's ok. I don't really have an idea of how much I want lose by a certain date iykwim? I kinda just hope to be down to my pre-pregnancy weight by the time the weather gets nicer lol! Moneysaving you see, as otherwise I will have to buy a whole new wardrobe for summer!

That makes sense - now I can either add you to the challenge board or you can sort of go it alone (but here), up to you!

Didn't realise there was a specific target to set :o thats what i get for not catching up properly ;)

    Hi everyone,

Not a good day today. I woke up and spent the next 10 mins sitting on the edge of the bath with the room spinning very fast. Really horrible. I do have low blood pressure and often get light headed but this was something else :( Managed a 1 minute shower and then forced some breakfast down, but had to cancel my blood donation appointment. Really annoyed as that would have helped the weight loss :rotfl:

    Food today:
B - micro porridge, ss milk, tea
L - wm roll, wafer thin slice of cheddar, cucumber, bag of cheese curls (90kcal)
D - 2 x quorn sausages, scoop of mash, cabbage, sugar snap peas
    S - 2 x bounty bars (I am SO ashamed....:o)

Not looking good for tomorrow (sorry Dragon...:o)

Sorry to hear of you bad day Coxy :(, hope you're feeling better now.
Welcome Boodle, as The Dragon said not every one has a goal and each challenge isn't necessarily to achieve the final goal weight but a step towards it, then we set the next amount in the next challenge and so on. Breaking it down into small steps makes it seem less daunting. On the other hand just being here and joining in the weigh-ins is encouragement in itself :)

I have to be out at silly o'clock tomorrow so weighed today, and can at last say I've lost a whole 1lb this week, not just the usual half of one :j

    B - F&F, sk milk
D - Jacket with prawns, rf cheese and ff yogurt
T - mug of hm broccoli & Stilton soup, 1/2 a nana in a WW pitta
S - apple, satsuma, melon, grapes
E - usual plus washed out two more kitchen cupboards. Only another 6 and the set of drawers to go!

    Sweet dreams :)

I can report -1 this week.

It's the slowest week yet but still I am so pleased as it is not a good week for eating and drinking and I have been over my calories on a couple of days.

    :D

That lb coming off puts me at the lowest weight (by 1lb!) I have been for a couple of years. Hope it can keep moving down and down and down...

    Good luck everyone else today!

  • -1lb for me this week. For the first time in a good 18 months my weight now starts with the number 15, hooray!

Also found that three weeks in I looked forward to this morning's bootcamp, so there's some more progress.
