Feel a whole heap better. No headaches today or sluggish bleegh feeling. So we shall see.

Hey aren't we all doing well. No cravings for me last night, however failed to get the hard boiled eggs on the go for today so munching veggies instead (as I could grab them out of the fridge with no problems. Don't currently have a gym class for tonight but will go and try one of the fast classes they put on, no idea what this might be but be different and then do some cardio on top of that and some strength stuff.
Will be having a good day Saturday as shopping with a friend, who doesn't do cakes and so on so the worst thing that will pass my lips will be coffee. Am going continue the no booze theme (as I have got into the swing of it) so only small drinks when out with friends or social engagements, but DH and I take it in turns to drive so actually 50% of the time. We are having a huge cut back time this year, in an attempt to finally nail one of his debts! This will help.Start info Dec11

Hi guys I would like to join in if that's ok
My baby is coming up to three months now. Still breastfeeding though so need to eat regularly. Cos I'm little though and prone to be larger, if I ate what is recommended as normal portions of even "healthy" food I would end up the size of a bus. I have about a stone and a half to lose now.
Back doing school run with an extra pram is only regular exercise but trying to get into routine of finding 5 mins to do my 200 sit-ups each day and I must find time somehow to do 30 mins a day on exercise bike (while I watch TV!) as the bum, tum and thighs are the bits to work on and this is what always keeps them in checkBaby being settled without me for 30 minutes a day is a challenge though.
Breakfast: Cup of tea as I fed the baby. When got in after school run, I savaged a stick of celery at the fridge door, then had another cup of tea and wodge of marzipan... :O you can see why I need to be accountable lol! Main problem is, my appetite disappears when I am feeding the baby no matter how hungry I am and because feeding often, I grab in between and am not grabbing good stuff all the time.
Lunch: Plan on a nice big leafy salad with 1/4 an avocado, crunchy carrot, and a couple dark rye crispbread with wee spread of hummus.
Dinner: Plan on bowl of vegetable rogan, green salad and baked potato.
When I get hungry during the day I usually munch celery at fridge door lol, or peel and cut a carrot into sticks if I can be bothered/have time. Otherwise quite a few cups of tea with soya milk (the stuff sweetened with apple juice.)
Lets see if I can stick to that and stay away from the marzipan!Love and compassion to all x0 -

Well done you!
I am envious, this week is not going to be good for me as we have guests and have been eating and drinking rather a bit...mind you I have still been keeping a log of my calories and trying to make more sensible choices (like we had bacon bagels for lunch yesterday - so I had bacon medallions at 27 cals each, and a burger bun at 150 cals instead of a bagel at nearly 300, but it still felt like I was having the same as them)
Hope everyone else is still chugging alonggood luck all for weigh in tomorrow!
