Pleased to report a STS this week - could say not happy but got to look on the bright side, at least I haven't put any on! Can't wait for Spring when I can get outside and do some pottering,
B - spicy fruity porridge, sk milk
L - hm broccoli & Stilton soup, 1/2 banana in WW wrap
D - chicken/veg rogan, couscous
S - melon, apple, satsuma, grapes
E - already been on hands and knees scrubbing carpets, must remember the girl cat has a delicate stomach and clearly the new treats didn't suit her at all - sorry if tmi! Now I have all the bits out I may as well carry on, and do some spot cleaning of off-white bedroom carpet. No pets in there so how does it get so grubby?
Was just going to say no white stuff yet but just looked out of the window.
Take care when you go out today0 -
Hi Folks,
Reporting a 1lb loss, Dragon.
Well I have failed in my attempt not to consume alcohol this month, in my ignorance (never knowingly had it before) I following a tip in the h@iry dieter$ book and added some angostura bitters to my sparkling water just to give it a different taste, then read the label
Catching up on some household chores today, fingers crossed the snow misses this corner and I can get the washing out.
Take care those of you in the badly affected areas, stay warm.

Reporting a 2 lb loss.
Ate out last night - tried to be good, had a GIANT salad (and won't mention the half basket of chips which fell onto my plate) no dessert.
My trouser waistband is still very tight though, I think the pounds must be coming off my ankles :rotfl:
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0 -
Hi all,
A Nervous weigh-in this morning has resulted in a loss of 1lb.:j
It's been a mixed week, hardly done any exercise but managed to resist some temptations food wise, however I did indulge in a little ice cream also started off ok another day with fresh strawberries, but ruined it with a large helping of double cream:mad:. I went and bought / 'invested' in a large amount of fresh fruit yesterday for snacking, so hopefuly that will help this week.
We are having two family get togethers this weekend, which does include dinner, so will have to be careful as will no doubt include a glass or two of wine and some cake to toast the celebrations. I'm making the cake, so off to look now for a low fat recipie - and not my usual chocolate & butter icing special.
Well done on those who have lost and good luck to everyone still to declare.:T 2015 TARGETS :TWeight loss 12.5/112lb 18th feb -4.5lb, 25th feb -2.5lb, 4th mar -2.5, 11th Mar -3,

Hi All,
When I had my weigh-in on the wii Greatest Loser, it reported that I had lost 3 kilos, which is 6.6 lbs :j :j :j
Obviously, this is my first week and I have a LOT to lose ! As I am taking it one stone at a time, this is a good start and it has been worth it putting all the junk - Christmas chocs, sweets etc on top of the wardrobe !
No white stuff yet but it is soooo cold ....
Good luck to all0 -
Morning, blinking cold and snowing here - slow and steady. Preemptive gritting of car park has not been 100% successful so may have to redo later on. (steps and moving of bags all over got to count for something! Doglet was insistent on hibernating this morning so I reckon I did more work evicting the little darling and getting him to go on his walk than actually walking him!
Will weigh tonight, not sure about any loss as have not managed much exercise due to stinky icky cold cough thing (unclean unclean stay away) and a general lack of time.
Supposed to be out for dinner tomorrow, have chosen the healthiest options from the menu and will restrict consupmtion of alchofrol as was supposed to not drink all of Jan, but frankly work owes me a drink after last year. Will do extra into Feb to compensate. Haven't missed it, but find myself looking forward to the thought of a nice cold glass of champers.
That aside, will be trying on the gold standard trousers for a check on the fitment of clothes to back up the scales information.
Right of to get more herb tea - trying to MOVE from my desk every hor also.
Stay safe and warm in the snow all!Start info Dec11
