well I have just had a double edged compliment, a rep came in for a catch up meeting and as she left said "you look great, lost some weight since I last saw you" which should have been a nice boost, but the last time she saw me I was lighter and fitter! So trying to be positive about the outfit I was wearing being flattering and so on ....
Porridge again today and hoping to get to the gym again today for a workout after have been home and sorted DH and Doglet out, finding he enthusiasm for home, change, run around jobs then back out in the cold a bit of a challenging one at present. Can't shift the timings around as doesn't work with DH and Doglet.
Perhaps if I shiver a bit it will increase calories burnt????

    Hello everyone,

Well done on all the progress so far :T

I have only now had a chance to weigh myself as things are a bit fraught in RL at present, and I have to admit to 1lb gain

Will do better this week and also focus on doing weigh in at the right time. :o

Keep up the good work folks

    R

Is this your weigh in for last week Rosetta?

  • Hi all

Not posted recently as been mega busy but have had a good week food wise. Still not got any scales but picking some up tonight for weigh in tomorrow. No idea if I have lost any weight but it feels good to be in control.

B - Weetabix, ss milk, one sugar
L - L/O root veg curry (more like a thick soup but tasty)
D - stirfried veg in satay sauce with noodles
    S - satsuma
Under on calories, protein and way under on fat according to MFP so I'll add 25g cheese and a couple of ryvitas.

Hope everyone is having a good day.
