Hello everybody, may i join in?
I need to lose some weight (well 3stone so thats more than some) but im useless at following diets (even ww and various other ones!) or even calorie counting!
i can cook, quite well according to bf, so my plan (which i have put in place already) is to be super organised and batch cook enough healthy "ready" meals and have them in the freezer. having been a long time lurker and occasional poster on os board i have gleaned a lot of tips and ideas which have helped me buy my first place :T but it needs a lot of work so i need to stop spending money on takeaways/convience(?sp) foods so i can spend it on bathroom/kitchen and various diying things that need done.
I dont have a set of bathroom scales as majorly skint this month (5week plus MOT &car repairs = no money ) so will need to wait til payday to buy them.
In the meantime though, i was hoping you all wouldnt mind if i used this to track my eating habits (and exercise)? then when i have my scales i can join in properly? although im not great with targets, can i just track my weight loss with you?
thanks in advance0 -

Morning all
Reporting a STS this week. I made an apple cake yesterday and of course had to try itNot too displeased as I lost a good amount last week - onwards and hopefully downwards on the scales
Out for dinner on Monday with DH so will have to be really good the rest of the time this week. On the plus side, another meal out tonight with friends has been cancelled due to the weather.
Hope wherever you are, that you are safe and warm. Will be on to post food list later, once I've worked out what it will be!

Morning,
+2 for me, I'm afraid, but I have taken my eye off the ball this week. The constant cold and the dark makes me want to eat and hibernate, I'm afraid.
