Evening All
I've had a good day with lots going on and have planned a trip to see The Iron Lady tonight so shall treat myself to an icecream when we are there.
B: HM granary roll toasted with raspberry jam and HM butter.
L: Poached egg on toast (HM granary bread and HM butter). Raspberries with Greek yoghurt.HM pancake stuffed with spinach, red onion, green beans and mushrooms in a creme fraiche and yoghurt sauce and topped with cheese.
Icecream later- probably a white Magnum as I've had a fair bit of exercise and can afford it.
Exercise: 5 mile (8K) run. 3.5 miles of walking so far. Am trying to persuade DH that we could walk to the cinema later but he is being rather reluctant at present!

ETA: Have persuaded DH to walk so that will be another 1.5 miles of walking making 10 miles covered today -5 running, 5 walking. I can definitely enjoy that white Magnum!Weight Loss Challenge 5/7/19 10st 6lbs

Evening all. Weighed myself this morning and lost 1.8 pounds this week! So that's 4.8 in 2 weeks. Hope it continues this week!
Was a bit bad this morning and went out for breakfast. But I think I'm going to let Sunday be the day when I have a treat, as I weigh myself on Sunday mornings so st least I've got all week to burn it off!
Aim for this week is to go to the gym 4 times but so busy at work just now so 3 times is probably more realistic.
Hope everyone has another successful week and thanks again for all the support. xx0 -
Started well...
B - grapefruit
Went to a chef friends birthday lunch/tea and just had a drumstick from the curry with 1/2 naan and celery/carrot/red pepper sticks with dips. Then it all went terribly wrong, out came the birthday cake, cheesecake and double chocolate mousse cake.
No time for exercise will do 1/2 hour pulm before bed.
Just in feeling very bloated, and got myself a glass of water. I think that's enough for today!0 -
Evening all,
B - Nothing.
L - 2 x bacon and egg sandwiches on granary bread, no butter.
T - Baked potato, chicken and salad.
S - Apple and a banana.

(slowly but surely). Downloaded the NHS Couch2 5k podcasts last night, they seem quite good, now just have to find the motivation to go out and use them!!

Hi everybody, gosh just realised I have been absent from the thread for the last couple of weeks. However, I have been working at it
Weighed in this morning at 15" 1 so - 6 lbs for me since starting. I can't believe it, only one more alb to shift and it will be half a stone already. I think it should stay off too as I have (for once) done it through healthy eating and exercise. x0 -
Morning all.
Yesterday wasn't a brilliant day, weightloss-wise - not truly terrible, but could definitely have been better. I need to get back to it today:
B - stewed plums with LF fruit yoghurt; crust of bread with a thin layer of damson jam
L - TBD (one of these weeks I'll be organised enough to have stuff in the house to make myself lunch on a Monday)
Snacks - apple; banana; small handful of twiglets
Dinner - prawn and veg curry with rice noodles
Exercise - probably not much, unless lugging my faulty stereo from the car to the shop I'm returning it to counts.
Have a good day, all.Back after a very long break!0 -
Im back from holiday and im very pleased with myself...I pigged out completely taking advantage of 3 courses, 3 times a day, unlimited alcohol in an all inclusive hotel...an only put on 1 lb! I dont know how that happened, its not like I did much exercise either! Anyway, forgot to weigh in on Friday so will leave it until this Friday to offically weigh in, see if I can shift this 1lb and maybe a few extra£20k in 2023 = £2718 £2023 in 2023 = £196.41 Grocery challenge £250= £195.80 **MONEY MAKES ME HAPPY**0
