Im losing the will as regards my food intake. It is feeling very difficult again and the Witch is hovering AGAIN:mad::mad::mad: I think my 1lb loss will reappear as I hoovered up my kids leftovers and had two portions of apple crumble. Oh well - start again tomorrow as it is a brand new day xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -

I've finally bought some scales - I haven't managed to work out how to change them from kg to lb so for now I've left them in kg until I've got time to check the instructions - how did things get so complicated?!
The good news is that I have lost 1kg so 2.2 lb probably to be expected for week 1 but hopefully I can keep up the weight loss :jPiglet

ragz I must have known you were going to talk about sugar. I was baking earlier for the kids, I was making short bread but OH kept distracting me as he was rearanging the house. Had a little taste of short bread when it was baked and realised I had forgot to put the sugar in LOL.Lose 20lb in 12 weeks 5/200

Fell off the wagon a bit at the weekend, bought a couple of large pizzas home from Asbo for the family, then couldn't resist eating the leftover slices the following day
. Trying to be good as going for a Chinese this week for leaving do, and now going out for a curry for friend's birthday next week. Why is it always about food??
Anyway, bought Zumba for the Wii. Was a bit concerned about using it as I have a back problem and twisty movements can set if off, so I'm starting gently. However, love the fact it counts your calories as it gives me motivation for playing it. Also finding this thread useful as it's like a conscience when making food choices and having the WI helps to. I don't want to let myself down at the end of the week.
Just wanted to say thanks!
Hope you feel better soon LittleMoog.0 -
List updated to here. Well done everyone on the losses.
Pitlanepiglet - my scales have a little switch under the battery cover if that helps.
Had fish, broccoli, peas, salad and 2 small new potatoes with a little cheese sauce for dinner last night. Only managed 40 lengths swimming as I wasn't feeling well, but I did reward myself with a little flapjack when I got home. I still need SOME sugar...
Have run out of tea bags! How could I let this happen :eek:June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

Morning all.
Pitlanepiglet - I always weigh myself in kg as that was all my last pair of scales could do. I could now go back to pounds but somehow I've never quite got round to it.
Today I've got:
B - crusty white roll with peanut butter and sliced banana (not fantastically healthy but it was exactly what I fancied on a miserable morning)
L - spicy bean wrap; packet of s&v crisps; carton of fruit juice
S - apple; kiwi fruit; pack of mixed dried fruit (probably two of the three, as you can eat too much fruit)
D - veg and bean casserole
Exercise - hopefully my usual lunchtime walk, if it stops pouring with rain by then.
Have a good day, all - I hope you survive without your teabags, ragz! :eek:Back after a very long break!0 -
Had calories left for a mini green and blacks bar last night...ate 3! So I got on the stepper and did 20 mins which covered the other 2 bars. Pretty pleased with myself! Problem is still have a dozen mini bars left from Christmas!0
