A 2lb LOSS for me please ragz, at long last I've broken through the stone barrier and now 9stone 13lb :j :j:j

    B - F&F ss milk
D - veg omelette (the other half of yesterdays which was far too much to eat all at once ). Jelly. Found the jelly tastes better on it's own, not with yogurt/dried fruit etc
    T - hm soup, 2 crackerbread 1 vegemite 1 lf philly
Snacks - melon, satsuma, grapes, plums, stick of celery (sorry CCP)
    Exercise - 1/2 hour step/weights etc

Hope everyone is having a good day
    S :)

ete absolutely right ragz, which is why I never say I'm on a diet if I'm asked, I say no it's just a common sense eating plan:D
  • Please can you put me down for 2lb off :j

I'm so pleased I've been up and down between 14st 4 and 13st 12 for the last 4 months and I've never managed to get passed that. I've been gradually going down since we started and this morning I've finally managed to break the 13st 12 barrier :D fingers crossed will keep going in the right direction now.

Thank you everyone for all your posts and support I don't think I would be managing this without you.

CCP - Have discovered carrot hummus makes a good low fat snack food with veg or bread sticks. Will post it up when get home if you're interested :)

    tink x

Not a problem - just as long as I don't have to smell it or - worse - taste it!

tink - I'd love your recipe for carrot hummus, please - I keep getting carrots in my veg box and I usually end up running out of ideas for ways to use them up. :o
Back after a very long break!

Wow all those smily faces on the chart, everyone needs a pat on the back this week wether you have lost, gained or sts.
Life just throws up challenges... I'm a stress eater, it took me 40 years to works this out, and I also eat when I'm on my own and bored....there I said it......
Sometimes at work there are chocolates around so I need a stratergy for that, having said that I've had a good week, done alot of housework (my own and helping out dd with my new gd).
    So have lost 2lbs :-)
    Now at 12st 2 lbs :-)

    Today my menus are....

    B- porriage with a bannana
L-a large salad, with jacket potatoes and baked beans, and an apple
D-chicken, with potatoes, cabbage and carrots with gravy
S- a fat free yogurt, clemantine and an options chocolate.

Off to get my food ready for work tommorrow, will add more fruit to stop me eating that chocolate ;-)
    Jue :)

Hi, please put me down for 1lb which has hopefully gone after going and coming back a few times! I just wish I could motivate myself to stick to a plan of any description, i seem to be fighting myself. I feel very disheartened when I look at how i look and feel but as soon as I get vaguely hungry or fed up I somehow forget all about it and eat stuff I shouldn't, not stuff that's too bad but food I don't really need. ahhhhhh

One thing I do need to sort out is something tasty but healthy and low in calories that I can nibble on when I get home from work, to take the edge off my appetite so I don't make such bad choices or overeat as much at dinner as I have done several times this week. Any ideas, peeps?

Sorry, you may not like this idea, but a drink of water or fruity tea or something like that (not cider :rotfl:)will help curb your hunger pangs. You're possibly more thirsty than hungry but our brains interpret it as hunger instead (or so "they" say....)

    xx
