Well, yesterday was an Epic Fail! I must have eaten over half a pack of chocolate digestives - I had to get them out of the house, in retrospect that wasn't the best way
along with all the other stuff I ate, so...
QUOTE]
Yes, I'm the same - I can't have anything like this in the house at all or I'll eat it all at once. Can't seem to have just one biscuit...I don't have anything like this in the house any more, and, at the moment, I don't have any inclination to buy any :T. It must be so hard when you have children in the house!!!
On the subject of "it"...sorry to all those who have lost "it". I suspect that I have your share, as feel very motivated to keep going at the moment. At some point, though, my share of "it" will no doubt go walkabout and then one of you will have my share...can guarantee it :rotfl:
Keep going folks...the odd blip may affect this week's results, but healthier eating (most of the time) and a bit of exercise, will make all the difference to every one of us in the longer term.
WI day tomorrow! :eek:0 -
WI tmw, not too hopeful as went overboard last weekend so STS would be acceptable.
OH is on lates so I've been having baked pots for t. He's on lates next week too so may be more of the same as only cooking for me. Planning not to drink this Weekend to make up for last weekend!
Been good all week, ceral bar, soup and 'healthy' bread, fruit, and yog during day.
I second the sugar free jelly for sweet cravings. It's like a proper desert. Making it in individual portions is a good idea, I just made it in a jug the fridge!0 -
I will look for some sugar free jelly later, it's coming up to time for 'The Witch' and I know I will need something!
Doing ok so far. Making HM pizza for dinner, forgot to buy salad to have with it though... maybe beans...June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

Afternoon everyone. Just popping in to say "good luck" for tomorrow's weigh in. Am hoping for STS this week as still finishing Christmas cheese supply :rotfl:
Next week have hospital tests - hoping this puts me off eating for a bit to help get the weight going in the right direction.
Was about to go for a walk - looked up and - its snowing  Wasn't forecast to come this far south. Still - perhaps I'l use up more calories keeping warm
Talk more tomorrow.

Success, 2 pounds lost.
Less successful were my experiments with millet. Who'd have thought cooked bird seed would be boring?!0 -
Think I might have found some of IT too... not sure how long it will stay for but seemed to find a new determination in the gym today that I've not felt for a while (perhaps it's the thought of weigh in tomorrw!
)
Have been playing around with some recipes and hoping to have a go at an energy bar that doesn't come out too high in cals or fat to save me reaching for the bad things when I get my sugar craving. Will post it up if it turns out ok
Can I just check what other peeps using MFP do on days when they've earn't lots of cals through excercise?? I have earnt an extra 480 through session at the gym today and although I know I need to replace some energy I don't really want to use all of them and undo any good work. Has anyone any suggestions for how many to use??

Sealed Pot Challenge #1505
'you wouldn't worry about what people think, if you realised how seldom they do'0 -
Have been rushed off my feet today, got my girls ready for school and walked them there etc, went to buy my new digital scales from L*dl then back home. Had breakfast then straight out on a 34 mile round trip to collect a new desk (fleabay bargain) for my craft room. It is BIG and heavy ! Got home and had a quick sandwich then the afternoon flew by. Emptied the craft room and changed desks then did homework with eldest daughter and made their dinner. Have just finished that so I had a few oven baked chicken nuggets and some sweetcorn.
I am really shattered now and can't get into my bedroom for all the craft stuffHave that to do before I can goto bed. Girls still to sort and reading to do plus I am needed on my mmorpg tonight for a raid :rotfl:8pm till late !
Well that all takes care of my exercise today and looking forward to the weigh in tomorrow. It's always a surprise and a delight to read all your stories.

evening all
my thanks button seems to have disappeared
good luck to everyone tomorrow, today has bben a pretty good day and i am hopeful that tomorrow should 'break my duck' as it were but the weekend could be tricky as i know it is going to involve alcohol and a curry on saturdayi just need to be careful the rest of the time.
today has been:
usual 2 x seeded, hm toast with butter & chicken bovril
leftover veg bake with a crunchy cheesy topping
dinner has just been a very impromtu greek salad (olives, loads of toms, red onion and not as much feta as i would have usually had) with 2 slices of toast & philly light
the only snack has been 1 slice bread & a slice of wafer thin ham
too much bread by far but hopefully should be ok calorie wise. i have also done 30 mins cario at the gym
fingers crossed for tomorrow
enjoy your evening- prior planning prevents poor performance!
May Grocery challenge £150 136/1500 -
Evening everyone and :T to those already showing a loss. Not too bad a day for me today,
B – Porridge with honey & semi sk milk
L – Tinned Salmon & cucumber open sandwich. Orange.
D – HM Chilli, huge salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, beetroot, jalapenos) 1 pitta bread.
I met up with a friend for a coffee at a well-known garden centre where the restaurant has a fantastic array of cakes etc, so need to own up to another misdemeanour, a vanilla slice, not that I expect any form of reprimand from you kind people, let’s face it the only person I’m cheating is myself. No doubt I will get my just ‘desserts’ tomorrow at WI.
Good luck everyone and fingers XJan - June Grocery spends = £531.61

Evening All
I am planning an evening snuggled up to DH with my knitting tonight, which should keep my thoughts away from food ready for WI tomorrow. I treated DS, DDiL, DGD and DH to lunch today as I've been doing lots of extra shifts at work - which was nice but not very healthy.
B: HM white roll toasted with raspberry jam and butter.
L: Double egg and chips. Coke. 1/2 Eccles cake2 small wraps filled with prawns, cucumber, tomatoes, pepper and mushrooms. Raspberries with Greek yoghurt.
Snack: 2 Cappucino wafer biscuits.
Exercise: 2 hours of Pilates. Walks to work, cafe and Pilates so about 3 miles in total.
