Well, yesterday was an Epic Fail! I must have eaten over half a pack of chocolate digestives - I had to get them out of the house, in retrospect that wasn't the best way
along with all the other stuff I ate, so...

I have drawn a line under it, and I am ready to make up for it today, with a nice long swim tonight too. I felt so tired and achey and hungry yesterday but I am hoping for an improvement today. We shall see! I am not hopeful for a loss this week though I have been drinking a lot af water so if I keep that up it may do something...June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

Hugs to you Ragz x
I know how you feel though as I have been sweetie eating all week:eek::eek::eek: Well done on getting back on track and drawing a line :T:T:T
However I have not eaten much else as my appetite is poor so I do seem to be back down (after 1.5 gain earlier this week). No plans for today and will probably will have STS but will post tomorrow xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.

Morning all.
LittleMoog - thanks for the rice cooking tips. I eventually decided that I didn't fancy rice last night so I had noodles instead, but I will keep your info in mind next time I need to cook rice as I'm determined to get it right some day (not burnt or raw as it usually is).
Today goes:
B - wholemeal roll with a scraping of butter and a heaped tsp of peanut butter
L - not sure yet as I've got to buy something, but soup and a roll seems appropriate for the weather
S - two baby apples; either a small flapjack OR a couple of ginger biscuits (if there's any left)
D - sausage, squash and lentil stew (made with the small amount of sausage meat left in the pack - not too unhealthy as it will have to make two portions); stewed plums with a crumbled meringue nest
Exercise - walk up to the shops at lunchtime to get some lunch
Have a good day, all.Back after a very long break!0 -
