Sounds like some of you are doing well with the exercise...erm I am not I have to confess! Getting Wii Zumba today to ease myself into it.
Just had my favourite diet breakfast, first meal of the challenge
I had tinned tomatoes on toast - put chili powder, cracked black pepper and a few mls of worcester sauce in the toms, heat up, sieve the juice and drink that, pile remaining toms on toast.
Comes in at 175kcals, 0.1g sat fat, 2/5 a day and about 45p or less depending on what brand level you buy at (OH buys 'posh' sliced bread - anything with a full colour label is posh to me!).
Could also add sliced mushrooms if you are plentiful for time, maybe able to crank it up to 3/5 a day that way!
If you are flush and have some kcals to spare you could also add a chopped bacon rasher.
Does anyone else have this for breakfast?! I don't usually have breakfast in the traditional sense as I work nightshifts, but on days off I always make a mess in the kitchen with something.
Wishing you all a lean, mean, diet tackling day xx0 -
Morning All :j
I haven't weighed myself this morning, as did that on NYD, and am still trying to recover from the shock!! No one to blame but myself
I've been very good this week in avoiding alcohol and chocolates, :T, but am still in use up Xmas food mode, so I doubt I've started to lose yet, but as long as I've halted the ever increasing number, that's fine for now. I feel less uncomfortable now, and have managed a couple of walks this week.
So a gentle start for me, and I'll weigh myself next Friday. Hoping to get lots of walking miles in this weekend, and keep myself away from the alcohol and chocolates...weekends are my difficult time to keep myself in check
Good luck to all

Morning all! Here we go................!!!! The official challenge starts today doesn't it?
Its a week since I started back on the diet and exercise regime and so I did my formal weigh in this morning and have a total loss of 3.5lbs since my post Xmas weigh in on the 28th :j. Now just 1lb away from my lowest weight again:) I want to get there and then lose another 5 or 6 lbs, so I still have a 7lb target for the challenge.
I'm just about to take the dog to the park and then will go for a run before the day gets taken up with other things and the motivation slips away.
Best of luck ladies :T:T:T0 -

Morning everyone! last day of holidays today back to work on Monday!
Weighed myself this morning! I did weigh myself last weekend as I was feeling so blaoted and frumpy so wanted to start cutting down.
Already lost 2.4lb according to the scales - even though we aren't officially posting our lossess until next week i'm pretty chuffed!
But when you go from drinking and eating for 7 days straight to counting calories and exercising your bound to lose weight!
Usual prorridge for breakfast today.
Fri/Sat nights are my downfall. Once that bottle of wine is open I can't leave it alone! Think I will stick to a bacardi & diet coke!
Good luck everyone
