Well signed up for the circuits class so I went. Instead of the 50 mins it was scheduled for it ran for 75 mins as the "intro" to 2013. Not done circuits for 2 years so but of a rude awakening!
I confidently predict Saturday am I will not be able to move. However feel REALLY good right now!
And didn't succumb to the temptations in the kitchen at work
    B banana
L Sussex smokie starter size half slice brown nutty bread
D 2 boiled eggs and a Gu chocolate souffl! (it was going out of date, and far too nice to waste!)
    S dozen nuts

Problems: 4 pm munchies I need to crack this, some protein I think
I noticed on the MFA the nuts are quite high fat so don't want to munch much more of them.
Quite happy to eat cornflakes or porridge (I like it with water but mostly as milk does me no favours so can't remember ever having it another way!) just not sure I can get away with that at work at that time ..... Any thoughts, bearing in mind as senior management in QA!

Don't panic about KFC ? I had a Guuuuu pud, chocolate souffl! none less!

So, on the good side, I did go back to Jazzercise tonight (and, boy, was it hard work!)

But on the bad side, half a tin of roses fell into my mouth while I was watching the Shopaholic film (and I fell asleep 15 mins before it finished so i missed the end!)

    Thank goodness there's always tomorrow!

Just hopped on the scales before, down from 98kg to 90kg. Pretty happy because in that time I've also got more toned and muscly :) (Stats: 26 year old male, 5'11)

For those interested in my technique..

    1) SNACKS - Swap out chocolate, cake and crisps, fruit juice, fizzy drinks

    2) SNACKS - Swap in cottage cheese, tuna, fruit, skim milk

    3) Gallon of water a day

    4) Instead of chips, salad leaves and brown bread

    5) Generally buy "low fat" things.. some things are amazing, e.g. Tesco "Lighter than Light" mayonnaise is only 14calories per teaspoon!

    6) 30 mins running/day, 30 min aerobics (bodyweight exercises)

    7) Ditch the car and bus, walk/cycle if possible

It's great because I eat LOADS of good stuff.. loads of fruit, loads of veg, loads of cereals, loads of chicken, etc. It doesn't feel like a diet at all, more like a permanent lifestyle change. I could have easily lost more but I decided to limit it because I didn't want to lose too fast.
