    PIGSMAYFLY congratulations, you're a loser! :T

B - hg blackberries, ff yogurt
D - chilli chicken, tablespoon pilau rice
T - crackerbread with yougurt, vegemite, peanut butter, lf philly
    Snacks - fruit
Exercise - got DD's dog here for a week or so as all her !!!!!es are in season, we swap dogs twice a year and as my boy is neutered he can have some innocent 'fun' ;). Means I have to walk this one, so 1/2 hour pulm and a short walk if my lungs hold out in this freezing weather!

Were the weights cooked or raw weights - bearing in mind that 30g of raw rice becomes 90g cooked (or some such!)

It was raw weights, both for the recipe and the average portion sizes.

    Afternoon all,

After being out all morning we couldn't be bothered to cook at lunchtime so went to the chippy! Once I eat something like chips all my good intentions for the day go out of the window as you can see from my food already eaten today..

B - half and half gf museli and cereal with a couple of spoons of yogurt and a pear.

L - Asda ready made veg curry Portion of chips!! VERY large bowl of icecream followed by 1 normal sized crunchie and a snack sized one!!!!

D - I wish I could say nothing but I fear thats not going to be the case! If I do eat something I am aiming for a salad with a slice of ham. But I have a feeling it may be more :(
Snacks - NONE, I had more than my fair share at lunchtime.

Sorry, the list is rather long and my brain is rather disfunctional at the moment! Do you want me to leave it at 2 if it's 1.75? I'd rather not get into posting fractions of pounds or everyone will want to and it will get even more complicated!

It's fine don't worry about it, thanks for keeping the list. Just leave me at 2lbs.

Has anybody tried Zumba or Zumba 2 for Wii? Just wondering if it's any good as I'm debating getting it.

Hi, I have just got Zumba 2 for Wii. Used it for the first time the other day and found it great. It had me puffing an panting by the of 20mins.
An instructor shows you all the moves for the different dances, you can do it in slow mode or normal mode, which I found really good as it takes me ages to pick up dance moves.
I have learnt the footwork but the arms are not yet in sync :o
Anyway, its great fun and gets you moving if nothing else!

I'm out early tomorrow for the day so will list dinner, tea and snacks in the evening.
B will be hg blackberries with ff yogurt
exercise, such as it will be, is walking round DM's town as she only gets to go to the shops when I visit for the day. Does the stress of driving on A1M, M25 and M40 among Sunday drivers count? ;)

sweet dreams and have a good Sunday
    S :)
