Keep plodding on ladies, next week you are bound to show a loss, sometimes it takes the body a while to catch up. Like I said earlier, my weight has fluctuated 2lbs in the last 4 days making me look like I have STS even though I know I have probably lost about half a pound...
In a few months time you will all be so much lighter and happier about it all, it just feels depressing now when you read how well some people are doing!

Yes dont give in but keep on plodding. This is the key to long-term weight loss. I will declare tomorrow but am thinking I will STS as I have been on a retreat this week and the food was yummy xxI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -
Hi everyone
No weight loss to report -stayed the same but at least I didn't gain!
Going to try harder next week - particularly on the exercise front!
Well done to everyone who has lost this week:j:j:j0 -
Thanks Ragz and Molly41. Really encouraging posts. I feel fat at the moment, all my clothes feel uncomfortable and its making me so determined to get in shape. So long as I have lost something and feel a bit better about myself by Easter I will be happy.0

Evening All
Thanks for amending my target RAGZ. Let's hope that I can announce a weight loss next week.
I've had an enjoyable day. I was thinking about going swimming at lunchtime as I needed to go into a local town to get some new knitting needles for a jumper I want to knit DD but DS rang up about 11.30 to ask if I'd like DGD whilst he and DDiL went shopping for a new bed. I had her till about 4 as she was asleep when they got back so I walked her home later. I've had a lovely lazy evening with a long soak in the bath and am now in my pyjamas pottering around.
B: Muesli with extra raisins. Banana
L: Poached egg on toast. Pear. Half a banana.Chicken thigh (skin removed), roasted red peppers and butternut squash, cabbage. Raspberries with HM yoghurt.
Snack: Half a small bar of dark chocolate.
Exercise: With all the various walks I've done today I've covered about 7.5 miles. Some of that was actually a slow run as my friend who pulled a muscle on Sunday managed to come out today again. We did 7 lots of 4 minute runs over the course of a 5 mile walk. I also had a couple of very slow walks with DGD (who is only 23 months but loves walking whenever possible rather than going in the pushchair). I also had 2 trips to the PO for DH.

I'm showing a 3/4lb loss this week (three quarters). Not sure if we're recording that detail.
Ragz - you seem to have a recorded a 2lb weight loss already for me, but it was 1lb last week (total now 1.75lbs).
Quite happy with that as on target for total 8lb loss. Really enjoying having the support and keep up the good work people!0 -
Hello everyone!
I seem to have lost 1lb this week. Not amazing, but I'm pleased with a loss!!!! Need to find more time in the evenings to pop on here for more moral support!

I'll second what ragz and Mollie said. I had a few periods of sts last time but I felt better and gradually my clothes got a little looser, so it's not just about losing actual lb. That will come too, but don't get dishearted as there's lots of other good stuff going on, it just doesn't show by standing on scales0
