Congratulations to ragz and Rosetta, losers of the day
Updating todays breakfast as I didn't have time to eat before I left so DM made me a
B - toasted, buttered brown roll
D - restaurant meal, 2 slices tasteless processed ham, 2 almost set fried eggs, pile of chips - which I left!!!
T - 3 crackerbreads spread with yogurt plus peanut butter, plain lf philly, vegemite
Snacks - fruit
Exercise - short stroll with DM but far too cold for either of us so back to her flat for a short siesta before the trip home.
(Still can't believe I actually left the pile of chips, I've never done that in my life before!)
Sleep tight

Rosetta, well done on the loss, have added it to the list. Not added mine, will leave it for next week.
Managed to do half an hour on MyFitnessCoach, without tripping over the small children who insisted on joining me for most of it! Also walked them to the village shop and back (just over a mile, at about 1 mile and hour, though I carried DD back which may count as exercise) and did a lot of vacuuming and moved bunk beds to get all the dust as DS has asthma and I thought I should as it's been a while...
Roast chicken dinner, loads of veg so feeling very virtuous now... (ETA oh I did treat myself to a candy necklace at the village shop, they are nearly as good as I remember and so fun to eat!)June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

well done on the losses and the STS's. I think STS is a good thing. It's not bad news and means you can regroup so you can push forward again.
Yesterday was a disaster. I had my 1 slice of toast for breakfast, then walked the children to their dance class and then had another slce of toast. I did feel hungry mind.
Lunch we went out and I ate a KFCI was really hungry so there was no way I was going to say no and then at 7pm I was so hungry again (cwappy food never fills me although it was 6 hours later) that I ate a big plate full of spag bol. I'm not happy with myself at all but it's done.
I feel 'bunged up' re: toileting (apologies) I am not sure how it has happened, maybe all that rubbish and huge amounts was a shock to my newly adjusting system? I am going to the veg shop today to stock up on fruit and veg. I feel I need it.
Good luck on having the will to make good choices his week x0 -

Morning everyone!
I have had a bit of a bad weekend food wise [especially yesterday] with too many treats and too much snacking, so I must get back in control before it becomes a bad habit. A new week, a fresh start.
My meal plans are -
B - porridge with dried fruit
L -wholemeal pitta, greek salad
D - veg and lentil curry, quinoa
S's - fruit, LF yoghurt, nuts
I will try and fit a swimming session in to work some calories off.
Best of luck everyone0 -
Morning all.
My weekend was pretty much a write-off from a weightloss POV - I had a bad couple of days and ended up eating too much of the wrong things (mostly takeaway pizza and Ik*ea cinnamon buns), drinking more than I should have done on Saturday evening, and not doing nearly enough exercise (unless navigating around Southampton's one-way system counts - it certainly raised my heart rate!). The rest of this week will now have to be damage limitation - if I manage to STS on Friday I'll be more than happy.
So, today goes:
B - banana; four RTC scotch pancakes with a scraping of butter (Rosetta - I agree with you about margarine - I'd rather have a small amount of butter once or twice a week than have margarine every day _pale_)
L - granary roll with sliced gammon and mustard; mug of HM mushroom and lentil soup
Snacks - apple; large bunch of grapes (there's not enough for two portions and I do like grapes)
D - chicken fajitas - two or three small wraps (depending on appetite) with spicy chicken, pepper and onion - no sour cream, cheese or guacamole
Exercise - my usual 30 / 40 min walk at lunchtime; possibly putting together a flat-pack table tonight - that will be very good exercise I suspect!Back after a very long break!0 -
Good Morning!
Seems a few of us have had trouble sticking to a diet this weekend me included! I am blaming it on the cold weather comfort eating!! Anyway heres my food for the day
B- GF cereal, rice milk 1 pear
L- Remainder of yesterdays chicken soup, slice of GF bread
D- Bubble and squeek and 2 thin HM sausages, fruit salad using up all the bits of left over fruit
Snacks - 3 roses chocolates, 1 apple, 2 honey rice cakesSummer weightloss challenge
Aim to lose 10lbs:)0 -
Morning all
Was AWOL yesterday, and food not good, due to hangover! Sausage sandwich, chicken wrap for lunch, and then dominos pizza for tea, oopsNo exercise either, apart from IKEA, which was pretty stressful. We went to buy a new wardrobe and chest of drawers, but they didn't have any of the hanging rails to fit in the PAX wardrobes, so we have to go back next weekend. Not an essential item obviously, rails to hang clothes on in wardrobes
DH not impressed as it was last day of their sale and completely manic.
Back on the wagon foodwise today, but exercise will be limited this week as it's niece no2's birthday on Saturday and I haven't finished her birthday cardigan yet, so I will be mostly knitting in the evenings! Sister no2's baby is due tomorrow, and I've still got to finish her papoose blanket and knit the new baby sized something as well - will use the excuse that I'm waiting to see what flavour Bump is before making something :rotfl:
I've been to the dentist, so no breakfast.
Lunch: something from the canteen, too busy stressing about dentist to make anything
Dinner: IKEA meatballs, mash, peas and cream sauce.Little monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -

I am still feeling positive and I hope those people who strayed this weekend don't give up. This is sooooo worth while
Breakfast: Dorset Cereals berries and cherries muesli + SS milk
Lunch: Lean pork chop, new pots and lotsa veg, maybe some gravy
Dinner: Chicken salad sandwich
Snacks: apple and satsuma
Drinks: water
Tried the new breakfast I got on offer in L*idl yesterday. It is VERY fruity and chewy so fills me up easily. I got a mixed pack of 6 , so a different flavour every day this week

Hello! Thought I'd come and gatecrash the party
B - Porridge, Greek yogurt
L - Carrot & Coriander soup, 1 x toast spread with houmous
T - Bangers & Mash, stir fry veg
Snack - ? yet
I am aiming to;
* be stricter on my portion control. My partner is a builder so needs to eat a lot more than me, on the days he cooks, I shall load up my own plate from now on.
* Indulge in 1 norty treat per day. I have been known to scoff down 3 bags of crisps in a daySo, to teach myself some self control I thought this a great place to start. So 1 bag or crisp/choccy bar/hot chocolate etc.
Any other snacks through the day can be fruit or veg.
My goal is a stone, although there is more to go after thatJan '12 GC; £74.66/£100£2 saver club member #1070
