Made it back to the gym today, it's been nearly 2 weeks since I last went (didn't have time, then didn't have the energy). Felt more like my first visit today than like I've been going for a while, and I felt very frumpy today for some reason- tried to avoid looking at myself in the gym mirrors
B: Muesli with FF yoghurt
L: Bagel with LF sweet chilli cream cheese, an apple and a pearPasta with sausage meatballs, veggies, pesto and chopped tomatoes topped with a small amount of cheese
S: 2/3 of a pack of polos (bought them to help a sore throat), nutrigrain bar, a small bit of cheese that wasn't worth putting back in the fridge0 -

Is that even possible?:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Had a good day diet wise yesterday and have stuck to the cals today too.
Taken the dog for a nice long walk after work today so got a bit of exercise.
Have made lunch for tomorrow - lets hope I can stick to the cals agai, the last week wasn't brilliant and I am determined to do better this week.0 -
Another day another meal plan
b- cheese on toast (2 slices)
l- small baked potato with cheese/bacon filling, small salad
d- hm steak and kidney (DM is making a pie but I will be avoiding the pastry), parsnips, dark greens.
e - off to Mr A's for some shopping (car still not fixed and we are low on certain supplies). also have a few things to do around the house today, including phone calls to a couple of companies - basically organisation day haha.0 -
Morning all
hope everyone is having a good week!
It is my day off and I have shocked myself by sleeping in until 9.30  I must have needed it. Carrying on the lazy theme having a cuppa in bed now!
Anyway...yesterday's food:
B - banana porridge with brown sugar, tea (368)
L - hm veg soup and 2 slices bread and marg (445)
D - mushroom risotto (511) which would have been fine...except OH was starving and insisted on hm garlic bread with it, and I have no will power so I had some toobringing dinner's cals to 823 in total
Total day's cals - 1644
BAD. If I hadn't had bread with lunch and garlic bread with dinner it would have been a really good day. This is why I can't keep bread in the house! I just eat it! Really cross with myself0 -

Hi Everyone
Later than usual for me but like some others on this thread I have been suffering with toothache and had to be out early to get to the dentist – thought I was getting the offending tooth pulled this morning but that pleasure is reserved for when I go back this afternoon. Meals today =
B – Greek yoghurt & raspberry puree
L – Leek & potato soup, toast
D – Depends how my mouth is but likely to be scrambled eggs or more soupJan - June Grocery spends = £531.61
July - Sept Grocery spends = £304.88
Oct - Grocery spends = £ 31.010 -
