Minicopper- your love affair with your bread maker made me laugh :rotfl:
Right would anyone like to come round and kick me very hard in the rear to get me motivated? :rotfl:I cant 'get going' so im going to start a fresh on Monday and just try and limit the damage this weekend
I think I will go swimming tomorrow maybe if i close my eyes i can pretend im still on hols in the swimming pool :rotfl:
Oh savesummore I had just gotten him out of my head, and you've reminded me again! I'm going to go curl up in bed with a weepy film and a box of chocol... *glass of water and commiserate. psst- I'll kick you if you kick me!
Well today is day one of my 'perfect week':
B: cereal with FF yoghurt
L: LF Cheese on toasted ciabatta breadcous cous stuffed veg and a spring roll
S: 6 breadsticks, half a punnet of strawberries
So it maybe wasn't a perfect day, but I didn't have any sweeties, so that was a start, and I kept clear of the wine.0 -
savesummore wrote: »Theatregirl- beware with lowfat snacks as they replace fat with sugar that gets coverted in your body into guess what.......fat  Food makers are very naughty sometimes
Aw thank youTo be honest I'm trying to cut the calories down over the fat and sugar, in my work I need a bit of sugar for the extra kick to get me through!
Still I dont have a lot of other sugary things through the day so I think I'll be alright
Going back to my earlier posted meal plan - ended up in BK for dinner because I had a "2 dine for £7" voucher so me and another girl I work with went together and split the cost. And then I had a Twirl bar afterwards :j
Otherwise I didnt derive at all from my meal plan so carbs were at a minimum today thank goodness!
Think I sweated a fair bit today too as we had restock to do after the matinee performance + picking up the litter ready for the evening performance; and then it got SO freaking hot this evening in the auditorium that much water and tea was needed to cool us front of house staff down!:rotfl:0 -
Morning All
Another bright but chilly morning here, thankfully there isn't any dew on the grass this morning so I will be able (at last) to get it cut – notching up at least one activity to burn the cals.
Ended up making spicy parsnip soup yesterday, which was delicious and according to the recipe even though there is double cream in it only comes in at 261cals per portion.
Today’s menu =
B – Mashed banana on toast
L – Spicy Parsnip Soup
D – Chorizo & Bean Casserole, steamed broccoli & carrots
Hope you all have a good day.

I know what you mean! I can't get myself into the habit of calorie counting and adding. I just try to minimise sugar (sugar rush, sugar crash, eat some more!), and avoid things that have a large proportion of my GDA.
Today:
L: 2 vegetable spring rolls with salad (lime juice dressing)cous cous stuffed vegetables with side salad
S: 6 breadsticks, mugshot noodles and strasberries0 -
Went to DH's work do last night and I was very naughty and had two puddings and an awful lot of red wine (it was a free bar!!) but I did do a lot of awful dancing so hopefully that might have burnt off a few calories.
B-Fried egg sandwich (to mop up the remains of last night you understand0
L-Beef stew
D-Roast dinner, chicken breast, dry roasted potatoes and lots of veg.
E-1 hour walking0 -
