    Just popping in to report a 2lbs loss this week. :T I am so pleased with myself, as I did have a choccy biccy yesterday and felt very bad about it. I have tried to watch my portion sizes and on the whole I've done ok
    I have 'discovered' the packs of Special K biscuit moments which are 98 cals for a packet of 2 biscs, and are much nicer IMO than the Go ahead biscs. All down to personal preference, I suppose.
    So as long as I don't eat too many of them, it should work.

    B - muesli Greek yog & honey
    L - carrot & lentil soup & a wedge of bread, banana
    D - oven chips, salmon, beetroot, 1 spoon mayo, mini Mars ice cream
    4 or 5 cups of tea, water
    S - probably a l/f hot choc drink - turned out to be a l/f yog and Sp K biscs.
    2025 Fashion on the ration
    150g sock yarn = 3 coupons
    Lined trousers = 6 coupons ...total 9/66 used
    2 t-shirts = 8 coupons
    Trousers = 6 coupons ... total 23/66
    2 cardigans = 10 coupons
    Sandals = 5 coupons ... total 38/66
    Nightie = 6 coupons
    Sandals = 5 coupons ... total 49/66
    Sock yarn 150g = 3 coupons ... total 52/66

  • Bad food day but at least I've tracked it all and made some sensible choices.

    Have had:

    Breakfast - 2 toast and dairy free spread and black coffee
    Snack - 2 ryvita and sliced banana
    Lunch - green pea soup, 50g hm sourdough bread and a Granny Smith apple
    Snack - 2 hm hob nobs
    Snack - can of real coke and approximate 30g kettle chips (visited a friend before dinner, mistake when I was hungry!)
    Dinner - hm beef burger with red peppers and sweetcorn through it, ciabatta roll, 6 hm potato wedges, hm gherkins, balsamic ketchup and a glass of red wine.

    Can I make it to bed without eating anything else?!?

    Hubby is out tomorrow night so I'm going to make a tasty healthy veg curry for me and the little one to make up for the bad day today!

    Yay to the weekend!

    Had a couple of days off the comp to catch up with 'more important' stuff....if there is such a thing...and enjoyed finishing lots of little jobs around the house that needed doing.

    Weighed in this morning and STS, as expected. Well done everyone for losing, sts'ing and trying :)

    Morning All

    Oh dear there’s a definite drop in temp in this part of the country and I’m now wishing that I had soaked some oatmeal overnight for porridge this morning. It feels like a soup making day but I haven’t yet decided what kind – I did notice that Lid! had some lovely squashes this week but then again lentil soup wouldn't cost me anything as I have everything in – decisions, decisions :think:

    I need to go out and collect my beloved knee high boots from the repair shop. I've been meaning to get them repaired for ages as through wear the soles had become quite thin and one had come adrift. They were quite expensive at the time I bought them so for £17 if the repair works and I get another couple of winters out of them I will be quite happy, as they say “shoes worth wearing are worth repairing”

    Menu today =
    B – Scrambled eggs on toast
    L – Soup of some kind
    D – Chicken Curry, brown rice
    Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61
    July - Sept Grocery spends = £304.88
    Oct - Grocery spends = £ 16.59

    morning all - last night it chucked it down here so I was out in the rain getting the indoor hutches for our bunnies from the garage. this week at some point we will store the outdoor run (when we get some various junk cleared from out there and taken to charity shops) in the space left and then we will be settled for the winter here.

    *snuggles under blanket* :D

    back to being on topic - meal plan for today

    b- half a bowl of cereal [it was the last of the packet and had all the grainy bits at the bottom so I threw half the bowl away, ugh], half a carton of blackcurrant & apple juice, ww caramel bar.

    s - probably water and a packet of sunbites crisps before work at 1.30pm

    l- none as I'll be working through lunchtime.

    d- this depends on weather, time I have to eat, and my mood. I do have a bk coupon for the meal of the day, but then again I might hit sainsbobs or mr m.....really want to see if I can minimise the carbs and not just grab a sandwich. we'll see.

    s- will probably take a ww bar with me and nom that on the train home to curb any hunger pangs.

    t(?)- I've taken a stuffed baked potato out of the freezer to have later however, just in case. I didnt feel hungry coming home thursday but it might be different tonight. We have a few leftover peas from last night's dinner so I will just whack those on and have them with it if need be :)

    e- stairs, walking as usual. :)

    Yaaaaaaaaay thanks Dragon!
  • Hi

    Please could you put me down for 14lbs by Christmas :) I'd hoped to put up a weight yesterday but my scales have gone on the blink. I'm going to weigh myself at the gym instead and will try and post something up then.

    Food for today is looking like...
    B scrambled eggs on toast
    L Soup
    D Vegi cottage pie and greens

    Haven't been feeling too good the last couple of days so trying to stay away from all the comfort foods I'd normally dive into and just have nice cups of tea and coffee!

    tink x
