Evening All
Well done all those who have weighed in with a loss. I am not going to have an official weigh in tomorrow as I know I have put on at least a lb with it being TOTM and succumbing to a few carbs that I shouldn't have. Hopefully, by next week I shall be back to normal.
B: None
L: Large prawn mayonnaise salad. HM chocolate mousse.HM egg and chips with mushrooms.
Snacks: HM scone and butter. HM jam tart.

I haven't weighed in today as I still don't have scales and forgot when I was at the gym
B: two a*da wheat bisks with sugar and whole milk. As an experiment, I measured my milk and sugar and probably use around 150ml milk and 3/4 tsp sugar. Can't cut down sugar anymore or else they taste like cardboard :rotfl:
S: banana and then one chocolate from the box being passed round - my work is SO full of temptation!
L: leftover HM veggie shepherd's pie made with lentils, veg and mash. Plus had a couple of a colleague's spicy wedges
S: appleplanned meal was veggie pasta with salad but OH made lovely spag bol and garlic bread - this is what happens when you let a man make dinner :rotfl: did restrain myself re the garlic bread and it was all very yummy
E: gym session but was very late getting out of work so couldn't do usual amount - just did 20 mins on the bike, 15 mins on the cross trainer and 80 crunches
Task for the weekend - buy scales! And my task for tomorrow is avoid all chocolate at workPart time working mum | Married in 2014 | DS born 2015 & DD born 2018

Woops! I didn't read all of your last post, so didn't get a chance to weigh in today, but it's ok, as I have gained about 1/2 a lb, and couldn't decide whether I ought to say that was an STS or a 1lb gain.
Loooong day today. Didn't leave work until about 7, when they throw you out - everyone wants a piece of my time today, and everything is urgent, needs done before the weekend, and I'm out of the office all day tomorrow! And I have my own work to do, which is urgent, but had to take a back seat today. Grumble grumble.
As a result, I am very stress-hungry:
B: 2 crumpets with LS jam
L: ham salad sandwich, 2 small apples, 1 small bananapacket of crisps at usual tea time, then LO macaroni cheese, a few squares of chocolate, and 2 crumpets with LS jam
Holiday in 10 days (and counting)! Hypno session in 7 days (and counting)!0 -
Oops, sorry, I didn't read the pages often enough to see that I was supposed to get weighed today:o
So I will wait until next Friday, and hopefully have something good to report
I made my very first home made pizza for tea, so I knew exactly what was in it. I had the smallest 'quarter'and some salad.

According to myfitnesspal I have consumed 800 calories (which I know is it enough) and burned more than that in exercise.
Am weighing in the morning, so will see if my body is coping with what I am eating .0 -
hello
Sorry my post yesterday was written in a dash as we had a male friend over for tea yesterday and he was leaning over my shoulder asking what i was doing and for some reason i got embarrassed that i was listing what i ate on a public forum. Him and my husband dont really understand my weight problem as they're both as skinny as rakes.
I've managed to loose the weight i put on when i had my daugher but now i want to loose the blubber i put on beforehand.
I noticed earlier in the thread that someone (sorry i don't know who it was) mentioned that if you have a underactive thyroid then a low carb diet is better for you. Thanks for this i've never heard of that before and have done a bit more reading on the internet. My TSH levels have rocketed from 8 to 26 and the dr said no wonder i was feeling tired so has upped my thyroxine to 175mg/day. However, I also realise I'm a carb and especially a bread junkie. Soooo I'm hoping i can use this listing of food everyday (and with the support of you wonderful people) to recognise how i can cut back on the carbs and hopefully loose the 2stone i'd like to.0 -
And have lost 3 lbs :-)
Hoping I can continue to my goal!0
