    well done Dragon.

I went via Mr T today for my weekly weigh in - I love getting a little slip of paper and I dont have a scale at home.

I have lost 1.5 lbs so I am happy with that. I know it drops off quickly initially but I am also learning what is healthy snacking etc.

Still need to find another way to exercise although with the long weekend coming up will probably do more at the yard with the horses.

    Enjoy your weekend away Ragz.

Weighed this morning and have lost 1lb:j
I definitely think the holiday flabby feeling was water retention and bloat from the heat - it went within a day or two and now I've lost another pound from where I was before hols.

Someone asked me how much weight I'd lost today - hurrah!

Been to school (teacher) for the GCSE results today and my classes all did really well, so its a big sigh of relief and maybe a glass of wine to celebrate later this evening.;)

I'm tracking my food and exercise with my fitness pal, and it is saying i am not eating enough.

I do a fair amount of exercise, run every day, shred every day and take the dogs out 3 times a day (though 1 of those walks I do run). We do about 8-10 miles a day depending where we go.

I am vegan - well vegetarian but also do not eat eggs or cheese. I do not feel hungry, but am not the best eater was always a grazer but have stopped since watching what I eat.

I weigh tomorrow (week 1) so will see if I have lost anything as I suppose that's my first sign.
  • Hello All

Apologies Ragz, have just caught up with the posts today and havn't weighed in, will do tomorrow as normal for my diary and then post next week as normal.

    Today's plan
B: usual all bran, fruit & ss milk
L: small piece of l/o hm pizza, salad, yoghurt
D: mince, boiled potatoes, carrots, cabbage & green beans
S: banana, small piece of lemon cake
Ex: 5 miles of dog walking & 30 min cardio DVD later.

Sunshine and showers here today, does running in and out bringing washing back and forth count as exercise??

Very jealous of all those going away this weekend, (as I'm working, boo hoo),hope everyone has a fab time.

Welsh Woofer - glad your classes did well and I would say you very much deserve a big glass of wine tonight x
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
  • Sorry what does "shred" mean?

Not a great day - been to a theme park.

Breakfast - weetabix with a few strawberries and banana
Lunch - grapes, chicken, tom and cuc on brown bread and a mini choc muffin
snack - quavers and a mint club
Just remembered I had an ice cream with a flake in the park

I don't know what to do for tea ...
