I so know that feeling - just as well we do these things in a gym with [STRIKE]everyone else[/STRIKE] nearly everyone else feeling the same. But don't they all look so confident?! Must practice my look of confidence ;)

I am vegetarian, but also don't eat dairy or eggs (not full vegan as will have things with honey in).
Reason I have not had dinner the past 2 days is I worked the evenings, leave at 5.30pm get home about 11pm, so seem to always miss dinner.

Hope everyone has a good day:j

So against my better judgement I tried intermittent fasting. Great I originally lost 3 lbs but have now put back on 1.5 lbs after eating sensibly. I also fainted and blacked out so much so that my poor dog cannot be coaxed out from under the table. Im obviously not a suitable candidate. I drank loads whilst doing it and yes it was very easy but obviously there are side effects. Be very careful - IM BACK TO SENSIBLE EATING NOW :eek::eek:
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

Oh no! I hope you're feeling a bit better now with eating normally again! Fasting can be a minefield, definitely needs easing into for most. Hope your dog recovers from the shock!

I was looking forward to a nice low fat chicken stew last night, but opened my chicken to find it had gone really off (despite still having 2 days to its use by date). Had a nice LF chilli instead. I portioned it up ages ago and froze it, when I took it out last night, what had been a perfect portion size 6 weeks ago, was now too much for me. My stomach has shrunk!

    Today my plan will be:
B: Crumpets with LS jam (never ever had crumpets before)
L: baked potato with tuna and LF cream cheese
    D: pasta and passata sauce

We're throwing a suprise party for my housemate tonight so I'm finishing this all off with wine and cake but I'll be eating well for the rest of the week to make up for it!

Forgot to add in my usual saturday morning Zumba and 30 mins of mat work today, with a 3 mile walk later.

    Afternoon All

A quick post before I go off to work. It's not too late a finish tonight so should be home not long after ten I hope. It's been really hot here today. I went for a run this morning and it was baking. Fortunately, the house was lovely and cool when I got back and I even managed to do a load of ironing - including some for DGD. I love doing little pretty dresses (if I have to iron!).

    B: Poached egg on toast.
L: Not very good! Raspberries with Greek yoghurt. Lots of spoonfuls of peanut butter. Whole bar of dark chocolate (40g). Tiny Hm chocolate mousse.
T: (Pack up for work) Egg mayonnaise salad (egg again). HM chocolate mousse (again).

Exercise: 4.5 miles run. 5-6 miles walking once I've walked to work.

Well done savesummore on your results :T
Happy birthday ragz (hope I got the right day)

I didn't get my update done last night, so I got weighed this morning and I've lost 1lb so I'm pleased with that.

Last night, after work, I went to donate blood, had my dinner when I got home, then baked some low fat muffins to take to work today. I felt absolutely fine all evening, until about 9pm, and then I came over all light headed and lay down before I fell down! I think my family got a bit of a shock though, but I was ok by bed time after a drink of water and a long lie down on the settee. That'll teach me to overdo it :o Anyway, I've been to work all day today, and apart from being too hot and sweaty all day, I've been fine. And I got a lovely bunch of flowers for making the cakes!
