Morning All,
I've STS again today too but I too have lost inches. I've lost 2cm from the fattest part of my tummy since last week, plus 1cm off my waist and hips. Looking back at my measurements since I started eating low carb I've lost 5cm off my tummy alone even though it's only a couple of pounds difference.
I've got a horrendous insect bite on my hand, started last night, and it's really swollen up. Last night before I went to bed there was a really big red raised patch but now the whole hand is swollen. I always react badly to insect bites but this is horrid.
I have work today from 11 till 5 so will report back on my meals later. There won't be any photos as DH is away today and tomorrow. I've already made my evening meal so I can have it ready in about 10 minutes when I get in and won't nibble whilst cooking.
Well done on your college results savesummore and congratulations to all those who have lost. I definitely recommend taking measurements to those who don't seem to be losing - it certainly helps to see them going down when the scales aren't moving.

Do you want to post what you are doing and see if any of us can make suggestions (I know it didn't work last time I tried it, but someone else may have a brain wave!)?June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

I weighed in and have lost 2lbs xxI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -
I have been reading this thread for a while, and would like to join.
I would like to lose 7lbs.
Yesterday I started a food diary, which I noticed made me think about what was passing my lips, and stopped me picking at things.
I have also been doing the 30 day shred, and am on level 2.
I stuggle with eating proper meals, and am a snacker/grazer, which I am hoping to change :-)
Thanks

This might sound counterintuitive, but I'm not sure you're eating enough! As you have a lot of weight to lose your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE) will be quite high - what you need just to keep your body running. If you're a long way below it your body's systems can go into a sort of panic mode where they try desperately to hang on to every calorie as they think you're starving.
Have you tried entering your details on a site like MFP to get a personalised calorie intake set? My total guidleline calories is about 2300 (5'8", 15st-ish), and then I cut back by 500/day to lose 1lb a week etc. When I started at a stone heavier, my total was about 2500.Little monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160
