minicooper I always use rf yogurt, it's much nicer than spread as it doesn't overpower the taste of the filling. It's also good on toast as it doesn't make it go soggy, and I can't bear soggy toast!
Re fasting, imho it's just another fad and I can't think why anyone would want to. For sure people ate intermittently thousands of years ago but only because they had no choice. Today we have a choice and I choose to eat sensibly, three small meals a day with fruit snacks. If I starved myself two days a week I know I'd pig out for at least another two, and that's just not healthy. Having said which, the following was hardly a healthy eating weekend! But special occasion, so a little leeway allowed
Yesterday -
B - F&F sk mil
Dinner
Starter - smoked salmon with horseradish cream on blini
Main - fettuccini Alfredo, watercress salad
Desert - chocolate mousse
asked for tiny portions of everything, and drank water except for the toasts when I had apple juice
Snack - some cashew nuts, banana, nectarine, plum
Today -
B - F&F sk milk
D - huge burger, half the bun, couple of chips, spoonful of coleslaw, salad. Waffles and ice cream
T - will be fruit
S - will be fruit if anything
E - 1 hour gym
Dsis's wedding was beautiful yesterday and lovely to have DS home for a few days, so am having a special weekend with lots of treating going on. Tomorrow we're at a football match with a pub meal afterwards, then on Monday eating will be back to normal, for which I'll be very grateful
Have a good rest of the weekend0 -

In my defense ive done loads today- dusted and hoovered whole house, gave kitchen a good scrub, been food shopping, mowed front and back lawn plus strimmed the edges and painted 1 fence panel (looked like rain) but no actual exercise like 'the shred' today
On a rubbish note I have cut my foot and it really hurtsit wont stop me swimming but at the moment im very concered I wont be able to do 'The Shred' as there is a fair bit of jumping
. I really hope it feels better tomorrow

Hope this gets better soon - you don't appreciate how useful your feet are until you do something to one do you?
Had a bit of an odd day yesterday, felt a bit lightheaded when going from sitting to standing so will make sure that I eat a bit more today. Didn't think that I hadn't eaten very much but don't want to keel over just before my hols!
On the subject of eating, I'm off out for a meal with some friends to a Lebanese restaurant tonight. Have already decided to just enjoy myself and not worry too much about the cals - I don't eat out that often and as a veggie I don't often have the opportunity to have many options I can eat at a restaurant but I have looked at the menu and there's loads I can try:T.
To limit the damage I'm off swimming this morning and will be sensible with food through the day. Right, breakfast.........0 -
