    Morning all :)
Lost another pound this week *confused* I guess the fact I now eat much smaller portions at mealtimes is making up for all the extra snacks, but I feel like I'm eating all the time :o Bump is growing though, and all measured fine at consultant this week (I even got a sneaky look at beanie as she used a portable ultrasound to check the heartbeat :j:D).

If I'm still not gaining in a few weeks I'll ask the midwife again, but they don't seem bothered so far. It's weird cos my (American) pregnancy app is obsessed with gaining the "right" amount of weight and constantly tells me how much I should be gaining etc.

Awol yesterday, was manic in the lab and then out for dinner with my best friend from school who's over for a flying visit from the states
    Yesterday:
    breakfast: yoghurt, babybel, apple
lunch: cheese salad sandwich, granola bar
dinner: half portion of dough balls and half a Romana Etna pizza at Pizza express, 2 cans fizzy orange juice drink and a lime and soda.
No time for snacks yesterday, but I felt really queasy about half an hour before lunch, think I let my stomach get too empty. :o

    Today:
Breakfast: crunchy nut cornflakes, sultanas, ss milk (this was a sugar overload, couldn't finish it as too sweet :o)
Lunch: cheese salad sandwich, apple, grapes, bag of wotsits
Snack: mr kipling apple pie, babybel
Dinner: unplanned, something easy as we're washing the walls in baby's room ready for painting tomorrow :j

Probably won't get on over the weekend as we're decorating, and out to friends for dinner on Saturday and MIL for lunch on Sunday.

well I have now lost all my gain! (if that makes sense :rotfl:) any how I am back to the starting point (well actually 0.2 pounds DOWN but the smilies really don't split that small :o)

Here's hoping that next week I actually start to lose!

Mark and I watched the Hairy Dieters again last night (and enjoyed it!) I have only one complaint - no veggie meals yet! Mark like the sound of the Cassolet (sp) for the Winter but it makes enough for 4 and there is only him :rotfl:, still I guess it would freeze okay.

Thanks so much sparrer, and yes, its good you're building muscle. Ultimately you're creating a much healthier, fitter, toned body for yourself, so I don't think you should worry too much about the scales for now. I'm finding it hard for the numbers to change much, even though my arms and legs definitely feel firmer after working out more.

I would like to declare a 1lb loss. Very pleased as my weight seems to have plateaued massively in the past 2 weeks. However, I would like to report my body is getting much more toned! :):)

  • Hello All

Well done everyone on the losses :T

I'm reporting a STS, which was the plan for the week, didn't expect a loss after the b'day and two lots of nightshifts. Food today so far hasn't been good so i'll not report that.
Back on the diet/ healthier eating wagon tomorrow, and only day shifts to contend with for two weeks, so should be easier again.

Hope everyone has had a good day, will catch up proper tomorrow when the foggy brain has eased.

Well Done on all the super weight losses and STS's :T:T:T
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
