Just popped by to let you know I'm struggling at the moment. I can't seem to get my head round not eating (although I know that sounds bizarre!) Will keep trying to just eat healthily and not count calories at the moment. Keeping up with you all for inspiration0

It's hard when your heart and head aren't in it isn't it.
The way I am doing it is I'm eating what I want, when I want. I don't begrudge myself anything but just make sure I eat smaller portions etc.
It worked the first week, we'll see Friday if it works again
I have been to the park with the pup this morning and we jogged. It's no mean feat that as he is just that, a pup, and darts all over the place  I stayed on my feet though.
After that I was so energised, so happy. I cut my shrubs in the garden, cleaned the windows and got the mop up high to clean the garage fascias. I am feeling it now, feel like I have over done it but pleased with what I felt like achieving.
Not using the car tomorrow so will be lugging round the fields with him in my wellies. Now that is a workout!
Physically I feel like my boobiewoobies are fitting nicely in their over-the-should-boulder-holders so that is good. I am hoping for that 1lb weight loss on Friday but fully accept that I might not get it as I have eaten ice-cream and biscuits this week.0 -

It's hard isn't it. I am finding it hard not to nibble. I am just taking a day at a time and the best I can. I may be eating a little more than I should but it is a lot less than I was eating. Hopefully I can get into the swing of it as the days go by. Hope you stick with it

B: porridge
S: satsuma
L: hovis crackers with philly light, yogurthm sweet chilli chicken, rice & mini naan

I ate 2 chocs after tea and had the urge to carry on with more choc. Decided it was because I was still hungry so would have some bran flakes instead but after eating them I feel stuffed so wish I hadn't now:(
I am feeling a bit sorry for myself because I'm full of cold. Going to have an early night with a lemsip and box of tissues:(0 -
